UK Anime Distributor Anime Limited Discussion Thread

Is there a reason the survey mentions seemingly every recent Crunchyroll cinema release other than Doan's Island?
I'm just guessing, but maybe because it was only 2 days? It doesn't list Fruits Basket -prelude- either, which was only 1 night. Although I guess they've got their own releases that only screened for a couple of days.

News wire is next month Right ? well guess il wait till then

tbh kinda just waiting on some things to ship and not feeling like grabbing anything new till easter at the earliest ....

I can only assume its got jammed in a sorting machine and half eaten, and then yanked out, but still not sure how that really happens (also I have no idea what a sorting machine looks like).

You may already be working on this,
But AllTheAnime or who ever you bought it from should be able to claim for damaged/destroyed contents, and as such should be able to refund you or send out a new one.
Over here in the UK you should be able to return and because you return said item you are able to claim back VAT/customs fee (although not sure if that just VAT and not handling fee (even though the worst job of handling ever)).

But I have never had to do it for an international order with VAT/ customs. You may have to claim/ get in touch with both the AlltheAnime and Anpost (personally I would try AllTheAnime first as they maybe able to at least point you in the right direction or maybe even sort it all out on there side)

The absolute state of that package; one would think that the delivery company should be paying you for that, not the other way around.

Now I know of yet another delivery company who not to trust; added to the list.

Best of luck getting a replacement, that set is expensive enough without the extra damage.

I mean I don’t have many issues with a post I’d say overall they are one of the best, it’s an invitabily to get damaged stuff when you get 200-300 packages a year

This might be the worst I’ve seen though

Fair enough; I've just heard so many horror stories about some of these delivery companies that make me really wary of most of them; for me Royal Mail is the exception as the postmen in my area are reliable, though I'd imagine that it would vary by area.
