I knew you'd get fidgety. I can honestly say I haven't got a clue mate. Recognise the art but not the face.

it is an irregular anime which aired AFTER the manga series had discontinued.

The title has a word in it which is german for "tale" and when spelt the word is also very close to the german word for "make"

that should be more than enough

BTW Voddas you probably weren't looking hard enough (either that or i mispelt the name...) but if you saw the nickname of Hawk of Endymion (i spelt it wrong again T_T) then you have the right character
