I was think it was Sachiko from Marimite

but then the hair isn't long enough, and im not sure they change their school clothes

would it perhapes be a yuri series stealth

And it's really bugging me as I've seen the character dozens of times and should know at least which series she's from. C'mon brain!

I was going to post one up, however finding a decent enough picture of him was somewhat hard..if you remove that i'll still post it up ;p otherwise i won't
