Anime Character Guessing Game with pictures

CLUE! Was supposed to be this afternoon but running late :p

This character is the mother of the main character in this particular series. Plus previouse clues and this should be gotteb pritty quckly.
 
Are we giving up? Shall I post another one? Or should I give the away the name of the anime (BIGGEST CLUE OF ALL)?

I know what you're talking about, I even know which episode I can find her. I just can't seen to be able to find out her name =) I'm also not dowloading the series jsut for this (I'm waiting for it to be released properly to get it). I'ts been four days already, so why not reveal and try again?

Very well....

Character name is Shizue Satou, mother of Satou in Welcome to the NHK. I really thought that it would be guessed after the last few posts. I found it staright away on google... nay mind.

Rite, really we're better off sticking to main characters and supporting characters that appear throughout a whole series. This next one should be much easier.

Hehe I have no idea - I seem to watch a different subset of anime to you!

The last one I could have googled the name from all the hints but didn't want to as I still haven't seen Welcome to the NHK despite it being on my shopping list. The character polls imply a lot of people have though here - guess they don't enjoy these games? :(

Sad but most of the time true. The games get popular in waves... they get really popular then die down for ages untill the threads get a second wind. There should be LOADS of people who should know this character.

I'm gonna give a clue in a couple of hours if no one can guess it. It's in english and I narrowed down the time scale so that already greatly reduces the options of series it cound be.

Oops... did I say series :wink:
 
I'm banging my head against the desk for this one, once again i think i have an idea of the series but not the name...then again i was looking for a reason to give it a rewatch

Series is mainly about the mafia...

That's what i was thinking at first then i remembered something he said the series was out over here between 06-07 while gungrave came out 05-06 i believe...but if your right then my face is going to be red :oops:
