We released over 300 SKUs last year alone, so we have plenty of titles to work from! So you may struggle nowadays too as it’s harder to built a sure fire guess list...
Can't possibly comment on Manga's plans for promotion - but I'd point out that it's a pretty risky venture to push as new a series like that with outdoor ads because most "casuals" will be unwilling and see a film that reviews as set between Season 2 and Season 3 of a show they have not yet got...
Liverpool is an emerging one for potential but not quite there yet as we had to target the top few just this time round as it is a HUGE commit for us sadly - stay tuned though!

Actually I did not and am using Your Name which is the biggest sample size to base what we did for Mirai to target best chances of bringing the film to as many new people as we can too.
So for interests sakes without ranking them - Your Name screened in Wales in: Cineworld (7 mins walk from...
It's predictable that you'd never be happy xD! The cities are data-driven, I have the stats of every cinema that screened Your Name's performance on hand so we selected very carefully the spend as it is not a small amount and we need to drive people to go and see Mirai.
Cardiff's first cinema...
Actually, adverts are going up across Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol right now - so now you can indeed see adverts outside of London!
Best,
Andrew
It all depends what you want ultimately from your set there I suspect :)! Probably worth finding me at an MCM to catch up on some points on it too!
Oh we all remember that pain - the size is a proper flight case for vinyl so I will share the dimensions when in office to measure the sample...
Technically - yet no complaints regularly about it so I'm of the opinion that if it isn't ruining people's enjoyment (which I'd say looking across Amazon reviews, feedback and digital placements of the show it isn't) - then don't try fixing it as we're bound to just make things worse with our...
Re vinyl - I can understand the sentiment from some quarters but a 2 x 12 inch LP vinyl release can at best hold 1/3rd of the complete OST for Cowboy Bebop. That's a dangerous way to go and as a real fan of the soundtrack I did not want a gimmick - I wanted the complete main discography of the...
As a collector of artbooks from Japan, I can safely say softback artbooks are the norm over hardback actually so usually I do it to be consistent for people’s collections. I acknowledge they also do dust jackets too that I should consider to finish the effect though :).
Genuine ask beyond...
And there’s no way I can justify making a loss on an edition like this to justify something I said hypothetically I’d like to do either :). Hope that makes sense as when I said it I didn’t envision something on this scale would be possible but the EB price already puts it in a tough area...
I totally do and it’s not like come the 25th I’ll not do something else so there’ll be other chances and I will keep this in mind :)
As always I appreciate the discussion too!

We design our books there to be full A4 ones that you can’t easily but elsewhere now is the logic :). So if we do the discs in a standard size case and the hook at A4 at least my intention is for you to put them with their respective siblings (aka Artbook with other artbooks, CE with CE’s)...
As ever that’s subject to price realities though which is where the hypothetically came in.
I don’t think the price will make sense though as the series discs are the cheapest part and the soundtracks cost so much. I could probably do a version in ltd quantity minus the OSTs or any BDs if that...
