YU-NO eps 18-21
This has taken a similar turn to Island, also adapted by feel., in that it's transported the action from modern day to a different place and almost become a different show with even it's own OP and ED! As with that part of that show I'm liking it better because they've dropped the timey-wimey stuff and are concentrating on a linear plot line. I hope it wraps better than that show though with all the elements coming together better.

More mopping up the things I'm faintly embarrassed to have not finished before I unsubscribe from Netflix. There's been some clear influence from Hannibal in the past few eps of B.

I already love this series. I was expecting great comedy since it's from the author of Konosuba and it absolutely delivered.

The Wicker Man
An unsettlingly fantastic film. A great character piece with powerful performances. Can definitely understand why this film is so revered. May watch the 2006 remake for a laugh.

Bit less impressed this week. A couple of neat shots notwithstanding, almost the entire episode felt like a thinly veiled exposition dump. Hopefully it gets back on track next time.

Del Power X Miracle Genki

A long forgotten comedy mecha OVA from the 80s, it was easy watching and was full of cool nods to films and other anime like most of these OVAs did.
