Black Bullet: Episode 2

Not sure what I think of the show so far, but really love the beginning and end of the opening with the dramatic vocals.

2014 isn't a fantastic year for Funimation to be honest.
Well, at least they should be used to that after 2013. And 2012. And...

2013 was pretty good for them, a lot of great releases with barely any problems. The only issues were where Sankarea ended up with a Broadcast Edit, Aesthetica had the second Blu-ray disc region locked by accident, Eureka Seven AO has the logos on the wrong way around ('Part 1' name is on the artbox while the normal one is on the case) & Baka & Test Season 2 had a disc print issue which was fixed instantly.

2014 has Psycho Pass artbox issues followed by more issues, the artboxes don't stand straight, Heaven's Lost Property S1 given a recycled release for Anime Classic, Eureka Seven Part 2 with some subtitle issues, Date A Live with a missing subtitle, Ben-To with possibly another Sankarea incident, no LE artbox for Railgun S, disappointing treatment and region change for Attack on Titan and the Disappearance of Evangelion: 3.33. And that's only the first half of the year. Ladies and Gentlemen Funimation's QC.

Baby Steps ep 10-11.

Brynhildr in the Darkness ep 10.

Daimidaler: Prince vs Penguin Empire ep 10.

Selector Infected WIXOSS ep 11.

The World is Still Beautiful ep 10.

You fail to mention the video quality of Psycho-Pass, which was pretty disappointing with banding and shiz everywhere, most likely because the episodes were so heavily compressed despite the series being on two discs. (Disc 1 is 28gb. On a BD50.)
Kamisama Kiss also suffered from this although the Video was not affected as badly as PP's was.
I also feel that their dubbing has gotten a lot worse so far this year, even for Major releases like Psycho Pass. Not Sentai bad, just not good either.

EDIT: Also those hideous DBZ BDs.

Forgot about the video issues (my mistake).

tbf 2013 does sound about the time they would have got around to releasing some of their better licenses from, like, 2008, so that doesn't totally surprise me. :p

My Little Monster e.9 - Best. Show. PS. ???? you, Yamaken.

edit: ROBOTICS;NOTES e.6 - Frau is obviously excellent, but even I have limits to how far I will be so obviously manipulated to like a character. ^^; Another very dramatic episode that seemed to fly through its run time.

My Little Monster e.13 END - Big gold star for vash on this recommendation, because this show was the nut high. Funny, touching, well written, desperately in need of them continuing to the end (or just me buying the manga, I guess)

Watched the first 9 episodes of Last Exile: Fam The Silver Wing. Last Exile is one of my favourite series of all time, so it sets a pretty high standard for this follow up. Fam hasn't come anywhere near this yet but it is really fun and enjoyable. It's actually making me want to rewatch the original series (I wish Funi released the BD set taht was rumoured way back when).

WIll buy part 2 over the weekend because I am slightly hooked.
