Tenchi Muyo!: War on Geminar (Japanese Dub) - Episodes 1 and 2
Third Tenchi series I own so far (OVA Collection consisting of Ryo-Ohki 1 and 2, and of course the Movie Collection), this part of the Tenchiverse is rather interesting and I'm already hooked so far. I'm still curious to know how Kenchi got there.
There is one flaw I can't get over (or this is presumably on my end), while I can hear the voices perfectly fine the sound effects are close to very quiet or just doesn't have any. It feels like the episode is incomplete. The OP/ED music is normal, it's just during the episodes. Maybe it's a different style, focusing on the conversations than the action in the background.
So far I'm pretty much blazed through the first two episodes which were about 45 minutes long (was it that long?!) leaving only 5 left.

I almost decided to pass on this show completely since it never really grabbed my attention. I actually ended up just ordering it yesterday since UP1 had it in stock, and I'm pretty glad that I picked it up. I'm really enjoying the show, and I really like the OP too.
The Dub is terribad though, especially if you listen to the Japanese Dub for more than two seconds as a comparison. I wouldn't recommend it.
