Re:Zero #2-6

Was gonna say after #3 another overhyped anime but then decided to give it another episode before I know it I've finished #6 and it's 2.47am LOL.

Finally got some free time now so probably watch a few more tonight.

A Thousand and One Nights (Japanese audio) - Film

Well this was an interesting experience. It's a bizarre but rather interesting story all the way through. The visuals were pretty good for a 1969 film, blending 2D animation with live-action scenes and those stock models for backgrounds. In terms of the pacing, it's 2 hours 10 minutes long but it's more like 4 story arcs mashed into one film. The music was also pretty neat with its 60s rock soundtrack that works well. The subtitles are timed well but could do with a bit more polish. Overall I would say it's worth a watch if you're interested in older anime.

Honestly, I haven't seen any improvement at all. I have a sneaky suspicion that the production team have rushed the past few episodes just so they can finish the series. I might end up re-watching the show just so I can compare it to the manga to see what content has been adapted / skipped or cut out completely.

My Sweet Tyrant episode 13 - Seems like this is the start of a second cour. This series has been fairly eh for the most part so I'll drop it here I guess. 5/10

Real Girl episode 8 - The characters were so off model this episode...

Flip Flappers episodes 4-6

MHA (51) - I was not crying at the tsu moment

Claymore (23) (sub)- not much to say above the dub, all of the characters here are from the previous few episodes and no real change

GitS SSS (dub) - why does man have but a single brain incapable of wrapping it around a convoluted plot? this one involves... old people? instead of terrorists. it's still pretty, but it's not the original film

Watamote (complete, binge watched in one day) - can confirm it is not cursed. you may feel an almost physical pain though, as your face is set to cringe and some braincells die from taking their own lives

SAOA

so we had;

- a 19 year old who has a size complex playing a lori bunny rabbit
- a guy in his 20's stalking a 1[?] year old (Who is also a masochist)
- a 1[?] year old idol who has serious issues
- A normal girl who plays lots of VRMMO's

Yep... That was something

Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online (Japanese audio) - Episodes 9-12 (Complete)

Karen is best SAO girl.

you didn't spell Yuuki Konno correctly... I am (and will continue to) happily fight a Moderator over who is best SAO girl

Yuuki is best girl... Pink bunny is 2nd at this point, Yui was second, but pink bunny is just tooo cute when she bites

Sorry
