Railroad Crossing Time episode 12 (Complete. Some charming stories and some that didn't leave any impact at all. This was average.) 2.5/5

Space Battleship Tiramasu episode 13 (Complete. An average timewaster series with some funny gags but not enough of a run time to really mean much.) 2.5/5

Steins;Gate Zero (Dub) episode 9 A great and tense episode. Glad I waited for the dub-it's been solid so far, especially the rooftop scene this episode. J. Michael Tatum is always amazing as Okabe.

Also the VA for Suzuha (Cherami Leigh) was great. She also voices best girl in Persona 5.

Hmm I thought Futaba was voiced by Erica Lindbeck ;)
That aside Cherami Leigh was on great form as well, Funi got the casting spot on for the Steins;Gate franchise.
 
Dirty Pair ep5

Nae Lupin this week, so decided to continue rewatching the Dirty Pair instead. It's never occurred to me to wonder before whether the animation in this is so good because Sunrise were determined to one-up TMS's work on Cobra.

Black Clover episode 38 If someone made a drinking game for everytime BC had a character looking off model then there'd be a lot of casualties. This was an average aftermath episode.

Yotsuiro Biyori episode 12 A nice ending to a nice series (Complete. A comfy and relaxing weekly endeavour that was great for stress relief and just general pleasantness. The cast and location were likeable and the overall atmosphere left me hopeful for another season one day.) 3.5/5

Ep 12 of Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These (complete)...looks like the first of the films will be the battle of Amritsar. I waited 12 episodes for literally seconds of Dusty, even though he was in the opening

Real Girl episodes 3-6

The Anthem of the Heart - Decided to watch this in preparation for Maquia. Not a masterpiece like Anohana but still a great story from Okada. 8/10
 
Golden Kamuy ep 12 (complete)
Moving all the players into place for the next season. Felt more like the end of the first cour with a gap to the second rather than a big cliffhanger at the end of a season.
Overall, quite enjoyable with lots of strings to its bow: the main plot, the comedy and the interesting facts about the Ainu and their way of life. Although sometimes that was to its detriment when instead of blending them nicely together they seemed to have their own segments within an episode.

Caligula ep 12 (complete)
Everything wraps up fairly neatly.
Overall it was fairly slow in revealing the characters so by the time you get to know all of them and their stories the show was over, but at the same time there were things that felt rushed.

LotGH: Die Neue These ep 12 (complete)
That went as well as I expected for the FPA.
Overall it had its moments and I liked that the MCs got a proper introduction, but there was probably too much politicking and people just talking, and not enough action although the action we did see was giant batteries of CGI ships fly at each other firing lasers which seemed unnatural in more ways than one. I don't mind political intrigue in my fiction, but I like it more in the background like MSG: IBO where there was only the occasional government scene and not whole episodes of it.

Return of the 2 girls from the first episode.
Overall it had some nice little stories, but probably too short to really get into.

LotGH: Die Neue These ep 12 (complete)It was interesting in places but the space battles just seems like loads of poorly designed CGI ships firing in strait lines. there was nothing here that hadn't been done better (im thinking Banner/ Crest of the stars). I did like that we see hero's on both sides and that dynamic really carries the show. Have so say that I've seen better space operas though. The OP was excellent though.

Dirty Pair ep6-7

So much is made, in certain corners, of episode 7, with its very positive portrayal of a trans character, that I've seen people starting to complain that the worth of the series's societal attitudes as a whole is deeply exaggerated, but I think it's still worth noting that the show handled this story very well, at a time when not many would.
