Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam episodes 40-50 (Complete. This was a damn good series despite some clunky dialogue and one of two characters that I didn't care for. They managed to continue the story from MSG in an engaging and fun way, incorporating returning and new characters for a space opera romp with great action and a solid soundtrack. The ending is especially bittersweet. I do need to track down Char's Counterattack for the final part of Char and Amuro's overall story, maybe I'll get the Blu Ray release at some point.) 4/5

Little Witch Academia episodes 1-4 Would have watched this sooner to maintain alphabetical order but Netflix only just added the second half of the series :rolleyes:

My Hero Academia - Season 2 Episode 20 - So this was pretty much an information dump episode, which I'm totally okay with because LOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!!! Apparently there's not an episode next week, which kinda sucks but I assume the rest of this season is gonna focus on the test as I can't imagine they'll go deep into the stuff they spoke about this episode. Also that wee purple dude is really annoying me now. Like I don't get it, is he supposed to be funny? Do people over 8 find that kinda stuff amusing? Maybe am just old....

Hunter x Hunter - Episodes 39-43 - Damn hoover girl is weird af.....I think I kinda love her lol that said, I hope Baise isn't actually dead, that would be unfortunate. Seems like %$£^ is about to go down so I look forward to continuing this tomorrow.

Yeah was talking to a couple of people about this weeks episode and turns out they hate him too. Glad it's not just me being a stick in the mud...

Anyway in said conversation something I totally missed was pointed out to me, (My Hero Academia spoilers/speculation) was the doctor with All for One the same doctor that diagnosed Deku as quirkless? He had the same voice actor and mustache. I mean it would be kinda messed up if a guy who examines kids for quirks works for a guy looking for quirks to steal....

Space Runaway Ideon - Episodes 31 - 35

On the whole I'm enjoying watching Ideon again, like many Tomino shows, when it's good it's really good but the fundamental flaw with the Ideon TV series is that it takes over 30 episodes to fundamentally move the story on.
 
Black Butler-Episodes 4-7

The interweaving of the real life Jack the Ripper modus operandi in with the fictional characters' backstories and motivations was surprisingly well done.

Dragon Ball-Episodes 58-60

I can't say that the attempts at making us feel bad for a character we knew for less than 2 episodes dying is particularly effective.

Fate/Apocrypha-Episode 8

Some good action in this episode, but the scene to win the episode for me was Mordred driving. When you compare it to Saber in Fate/Zero, it contrasts hilariously.

I honestly enjoyed this ecchi/harem series. I am annoyed however that, the Funi upscale is pretty **** and they even placed black bars covering 20% of the screen during two episodes just for the English credits. Seriously Funi that is low. If Aniplex acquires the rights I hope they offer a better transfer.

Anywho I've gotten through a lot of titles this month. I took a break from my gaming backlog just to try and get through my anime backlog instead. I've been aiming for 10 titles finished per month, but in this case I may extend it to 15.

Haibane Renmei ep 1-6. Mysterious and compelling. I had forgotten how bad the picture quality was on these old DVDs, so fuzzy.

Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu ep 7. This is rapidly beginning to feel like watching a gameplay stream, it needs more story.

Love & Lies ep 7. I'm really not a fan of this art style.
