Noragami Aragoto - Episode 2
Rokka no Yuusha - Episodes 2 - 5
Durarara X2 - Episodes 4 - 6 (DUB)
Persona 4: The Animation - Episodes 19 - 26 (DUB)

Couldn't help but notice a slight inconsistency in DRRR's dub script. In a scene at the start of episode 6(?), currency is referred to in dollars whilst it's yen in the next line. Subtitles both say yen too :3

Next up on my hit list should be finishing off Rokka, Beyond the Boundary and Persona 4: The Golden Animation.
I also need to watch some movies since I still haven't watched 009 or Expelled from Paradise after all this time.
I'm also trying hard not to pick up anything other than Noragami/K/ONE MAN PUNCH this season to get my massive backlog down a bit.

Monster Strike - Episode 01

Watching this cos I was bored really. Surprisingly I enjoyed it quite a bit, and for an ONA it looked a lot better than some of the crap Toei have shown on TV in the past few months...

My only complaints are a) the English subtitles aren't brilliant. They only cover dialogue during the main episode, some were slightly out of sync with the dialogue and they didn't cover on-screen text, and b) What the hell is that dubstep cover of Queen?!

Yowamushi Pedal (Japanese audio) - Episodes 35-38 (Completed)

Season 1 is done, Season 2: Grande Road is next and Season 3 is in production.

HIME. HIME. SUKI SUKI DAISUKI! HIME. HIME. SUKI SUKI DAISUKI!!

Is The Order a Rabbit??-Episode 1

That certainly was more Is The Order a Rabbit?. Not that I'm complaining, it's as cute as ever.

Owarimonogatari-Episode 2

If you needed more proof Senjogahara is the best, look no further.

Is The Order A Rabbit?? / Gochumon Wa Usagi Desu Ka?? (Season 2) Episode 1.

I thought this was a very good first episode, they didn't waste too much time re-introducing characters and just got on with the business of having cute girls do cute things. On the subject of cute, there sure was a lot. It was also nice to see a proper ED this time around and if the episode didn't kill you with cuteness then the ED most likely would.

It does also seem that the advancement from the first season (in as far as there was some) does seem to have been remembered as well. It's really just mostly Chino that is affected but it was nice that they didn't do a total reset. That said, I guess it'd be easy to miss that anything had changed and it's also possible I'm reading more into it than there actually is there.

This might be one of the lighter shows of it's type but I've found it consistently enjoyable and I'm hoping this first episode is a good sign of things to come.

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex-Episodes 2-4

Episode 2: A good episode. Very action heavy which is pretty much the polar opposite of the film. Wasn't sure if this show was going to go in the same direction and tone as the film but this just cemented that it isn't, which is a plus for me since I wasn't really a fan. There was a lot of CGI used in this episode but it looked very good which was pretty surprising. Normally CGI in anime sticks out like a sore thumb but this blended in well with the traditional animation. One thing I will say is I hope the show takes some time for the characters at some point. I know it's still early in the show but I feel like I know nothing at all about any of the characters in Section 9.

Episode 4: So the Complex episodes finally start. I'm interested to find out the real motive for why interceptors were placed on Agents working the Laughing Man case by the Police themselves. Doesn't make a lick of sense to me so I hope it will in due time. I'll be interested in where they go from here. Hopefully they have a couple of Complex episodes in a row and don't go back to Stand Alone in the next episode.

The second season was possibly better for character development than the first, but yeah, SAC does take time to flesh out the main cast, particularly Batou and Togusa. It's only a little thing, but I think the first episode does riff on the same character beat from the film about Togusa having a different mindset to the others, because he sticks by his outdated revolver, rather than replace it with something modern.

I feel like Tougusa is getting the most development so far. Like when they show he has a family and stuff and, as you say, the stuff about his revolver. I just want the rest of the cast to get some too. Hell, I couldn't name anyone in Section 9 outside of Kusanagi, Togusa, Batou and The Chief.

One Punch Man (Japanese audio) - Episode 02
Seraph of the End -Vampire Reign- (Japanese audio) - Episodes 09-12 (Completed)

I know it's generic but you just gotta love main characters going into Berserk/Rage Mode. I'll watch -Battle in Nagoya- at some point, probably wait until the season's over as the show's a pretty good marathon.

One Punch Man-Episode 2

Another fantastic episode. If the show keeps this up this show has the potential to be amazing. It's started to introduce story elements so I'll see how it goes with that. So far though, the action is some of the best I've seen in an anime and the humour is pretty good too.

Monster Strike - Episode 02
So the show's battles are clearly going to be held back by the pinball mechanic, but I enjoyed it and it's only 8 minutes, so I'l probably end up watching it.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans - Episode 02
Another great episode, but it did feel a bit like they were bridging the gap until the next big plot movement happens.

I was slightly disappointed that Biscuit didn't appear in the OP more, they better not kill him off (although I'm assuming he'll die around episode 18, when they need some motivation for the final battle)...

Ushio and Tora - Episode 15

Tokyo Ghoul - Episodes 01-07
This series is a lot different that the prologue would suggest, and quite frankly way better. It's very gory, but clearly the grimmest element of the show is the stomach growl effect. Parts of this show seem really childish, like something a 12 would write because they think it's really cool, and other parts seem to be really clever character driven horror, and the crass parts make the more character driven parts seem really unearned, but for the most part it's really enjoyable. Looking back, there are a few characters who's deaths were clearly flagged, but I didn't realise until after it had happened, and it's not looking good for Hide is it? Being introduced as a huge element and then not appearing for 4 or so episodes, he's gotta die at some point...

Also, can we stop calling anything with a drop of blood ultraviolence? Sorry teenage fansgirls TG is not even that violent, and my personal feelings with gory horror is either go all out or be inventive (preferably both), unfortunately TG does neither.

Kagewani - Episode 01
Sorry entire genre of tentacle porn, you have now been topped in the weirdness stakes. If anybody could cordially explain what the hell that was, it would be greatly appreciated....
