They changed the plot for the adaptaition a lot then?
It was all the names, inc place names.
There were bits of plot too, arthurian stuff and refs to the mabinogion.
Rhiannon is Rhiannon etc.

they probably will be licensed i expect anyways. I know that each individual OVA is licensed seperately from what i was told, but yet. I'd expect them the minute we know of a US date and such. Also, Nefer did post stuff on it in the news & rumours earlier too

As for the results. One Piece was not surprising, but having Bakemono top it as well? That's fantastic. We do need more Monster there though. Been way to long a wait for it.

Can i recommend though Neferpitou, that you edit Darker Than Black so that it has the season 2 name(Ryuusei no Gemini)? Since some may get confused as Season 1 is already here.
 
Great list, Bakemonogatari is a fantastic anime and to even top the list is awesome.

I'm surprised that Angel Beats was a higher and even Madoka Magica since that was still airing at the time we were all voting.

It's also a plus that I haven't seen most of these.
 
Yeah, if a UK company really wanted to **** off some Yankee fans, somehow licensing Bakemonogatari or Madoka would be one hell of a way to go. :lol:
