They do have the simulcast rights to Season 1, I noticed there were two DRRR!! pages on the Show list, the limitations might refer to the English dub.

I guess it will be sorted out (along with the phantom Dog Days listing) by the end of the announcement period. DRRR is coming up correctly for me in the iOS app as a new simulcast title in the UK, so the dub explanation is a strong possibility.

I predict that it will be available in the UK because it's not a show I'm interested in >_>
(I also predict that Dog Days" will open up into more regions once ink is dry on contracts).
In more helpful news, I can confirm that DRRR!!x2 is working in the UK for sure since I watched it this afternoon, so the message on the page is probably referring to the dub as NormanicGrav suggested.

Golden Boy is now on Crunchyroll, unfortunately it's for US and Canada only. I've heard a lot of good things about this show so I'm disappointed it's not available for us but Discotek did release the show so I might as well get the DVD since it's quite cheap.
