Viewster seems to have secretly added a couple of new titles too. Like Star Driver.

So these are the Aniplex titles they referred to. Out of the three titles, two of them (Day Break Illusion & Vividred Operation) are already available on Crunchyroll for the UK while the other one was for Crunchyroll USA.

I'm rather disappointed that we get anime already available to us from other sites (at least it wasn't the Summer 2014 titles that Daisuki and CR already have available).

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

This is a company that employs people to think of such grand ideas as naming the company "Viewster". I don't think you can expect too much ambition in other areas.

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

They seem really nice, but I really wish they were punctual instead. Still waiting on more Bakumatsu Rock (which is why I check there often enough to see new titles >_<).

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

After nearly 6 months (sorry about that), I have finally updated the YouTube section. Not much has major changes aside from the following:

Cardfight Vanguard Channel - Updated with all of the episodes for Season 1 to 3 available dubbed in English. The Japanese version is available on Crunchyroll.

Daisuki - The original lineup (Gundam and Monogatari for instance) have been removed from their channel and instead will be temporarily uploading simulcast titles in two parts. Buddy Complex and M3 The Dark Metal are the only titles that will stay on the channel (though split into two parts for each episode). You can watch the full version of the episodes on Daisuki's main website.

FUNimation [English Dub] - Episode 01 of Chaos;Head is unavailable.

FUNimation [Japanese Dub] - A bunch of episodes for Chaos;Head, Okami-san and The Legend of the Legendary Heroes are unavailable but Episode 01 of Fafner is in fact available (therefore not incomplete). All episodes of Heaven's Lost Property Forte and Sekirei: Pure Engagement are no longer available. Fixed correction regarding Tenchi Muyo Ryo Ohki (should be OVA 3 not OVA 1 as described) and playlist link for Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles OVA Tokyo Revelations.

Future Card Buddyfight Channel - Updated with all of the episodes available dubbed in English. The Japanese version is available on Crunchyroll.

GundamInfo - Updated with all of the episodes for Gundam Build Fighters. Mobile Suit Gundam AGE is no longer available but the movie Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack is now available with English subtitles (this was recently added in fact).

Manga Entertainment - Episodes 100-104 of Astro Boy (1963 U.S. Version), Episodes 25 & 26 of Dirty Pair (TV) is in fact available. Dead Space: Downfall, Gravitation, Now and Then Here and There (well Episode 07 is available), Peacemaker and Strait Jacket are no longer available. Seasons 3 & 4 of Maria Watches Over Us are now available (though the final episode for Season 3 isn't).

Media Blasters - All remaining episodes of Ah! My Goddess and Blade of the Immortal are no longer available.

WEP - Certain episodes of Voltron are available but will not be included in this list.

And for those wondering why Nozomi isn't included, well it's simply because it only has 1-2 episodes available which is a bit pointless to add (I know I have Funimation's Dub section with 1-4 episodes each but that's a different reason).

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

I'll add Blood Lad but not Wakfu.

Anywho, I won't update the first page much since the new titles are on-going but they'll be updated via Autumn 2014 Thread.

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

Oh yes, I saw Wakfu pop up as "anime. All I know about it is that there was a Kickstarter I wasn't interested in.

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

I hope this isn't a silly question  but can someone explain Crunchyroll to me? I'm really useless with technology in general. When I go on and the list of shows I see, can I watch those for free? And if I sign up, what happens? Really sorry if I'm just being stupid, I just like to know for sure before I do things.

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

The series listed on Crunchyroll are free to watch except the latest episodes of simulcasts, which usually have an orange star next to them. Premium users have access to the latest episode an hour after the Japanese broadcast, where as free users have to wait a week.

Also, free users won't be able to watch videos in HD. Only premium users have access to that :)

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

Ah I see! So, I can watch everything except latest episodes. But even then, if I wait, I can watch those eventually too? I would sign up to get shows faster and in better quality. Thank you GolGotha!! I'm going to go make a list of stuff I want to watch :D there's so many good shows there I haven't seen! I've been using Daisuki's YouTube channel to watch shows this season so it's good I can see some more!

It's also only free through computers, if you want to watch it on a device like a smart TV or X-Box, then you have to subscribe.

Yes! After a week has passed then you're able to watch them for free :)

Also, once signing up to Crunchyroll you will be given a 14 day trial for the premium content. They will often give you codes for a free 48 hour premium membership trial, or in some cases 30 day, to try and entice you to join, if you stay as a free user.

Also, premium users get given a 48 hour premium passes to give away once a month, these codes are often given away in this forum: http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-8 ... post-first

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

You don't have to use your 14 day premium trial straight away. If you do decide you want to subscribe, they usually offer a massively discounted yearlong membership on Black Friday. That's when I buy mine.

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

I'm not sure about subscribing yet, there's plenty to watch just now and a week's wait is nothing to me. But thank you both! And I'll keep that in mind st_owly if I decide to subscribe at some point.

So, if I'm on my laptop I can just watch without any sort of sign-up? Sorry I'm so slow :(

No need to sign up, but it's best if you do, that way you can post on forums, and keep your shows sorted in a queue, and the site will keep a note of what you've already watched.

Subscribing, as in shelling out money (or maybe trying the free subscription, I don't know, haven't tried it myself) is required to watch more than just the sample episodes directly on devices like consoles and TV. Of course you can connect your laptop to your TV, but that's a PITA.

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

I think I'm finally understanding it all  I'll stick to not subscribing and just watching a few shows til I get used to it all.

Re: Anime Available to Stream Online Legally in the UK

So Gundam Reconguista in G announced for French Wakanim and Australia Anime Lab.

Any chance of the UK getting it? I've been a good boy this year! :)
