What you guys doing right now.

My dad is moving abroad, so I collected some childhood stuff of mine that was up in his loft. My plan was to sort it out and sell it... Then I found my train set. A matter of hours later, and I'm the owner of two new model trains courtesy of eBay. Can my hobbies get any sadder?

I wholeheartedly support this rather niche hobby! If you wish to optimise your use of space, consider having your train set table double as a wargaming table.

Hah! In my defence, I do have reason to find trains nostalgic. The hobby was passed down from my grandad, who used to repair steam trains for a living. My parents were partners in a company that ran charter trains when I was in my early teens, and I spent many weekends helping out with that. All of those are good things I remember from my childood, and I'm told it's healthier to remember the positive stuff.

And at least I'm not actually trainspotting, eh?

It's half past 1 in the morning, i've managed to get my phone working online and i'm in Cardiff at a friends house.

I've been here for a uni interview, which went brilliantly, and now i can't sleep because the pillow i brought got messed up. So i've made a makeshift pillow out of my accounting books, which is suprisingly comfortable!

Watching WWE's Elimination Chamber PPV. Started out really well but tailing off badly into its 3rd hour. :(

Edit: And it only got worse. Glad I didn't have to pay to watch it!

Didn't see the start of it, but I thought the chamber match was p.good apart from the ending. Some pretty stiff work going on I thought!

Cena/Kane was kind of bumpf, but gimmick matches like that usually are. Still pretty cool seeing Cena walking up stairs hauling Kane on his back though.

Sat in work after a week of gastroenteritis, no D&V but the stomach cramps, feeling sick and complete loss of appetite. I ate 2 slices of toast from the 12th to the 17th.

Feeling really crap still but this weekend didn't help, lets just say that some people really change after they go to uni, i've done my years of wild partying and getting too drunk, i didn't want to drink this weekend... a friend decided to buy me a pitcher and also spike it so i would be "buzzing"

Really not impressed.

Like i said, Uni changes people. He lost his virginity the other week and now he's walking around like some kind of pimp that women can't resist.

I've had very stern words about the whole thing, hopefully he listened.

I mean, at 20 going on 21 the idea to spike a friend shouldn't have even occured in his head. Some people these days just arent born with brains.

The two chamber matches were very good, Big Show breaking his way into Daniel Bryan's pod was a great spot. Would have preferred the Raw chamber match to have ended without the injury angle though.

Found Cena/Kane to be insufferably boring. Everyone knew Cena was going to win, and the spot with the AA from the top of the ambulance wasn't enough to make the match any better in my opinion.

Yeah Big Show ripping the chains apart was sick, and I thought slamming Bryant into/through the pod itself sounded pretty raw, as did one of the head kicks from Cody Rhodes to Show. "#Santino is trending No.1 worldwide" though was... ugh.

Agreed about the AA from the Ambulance, would have been better if it had been onto the top of the thing itself. Wish he had done it onto the Spanish announce table after walking Kane up the stairs though.

Getting ready for a third straight night of WWE action. Raw last night was decent apart from:
1) Cena and Eve's opening segment. Hoeski/disease talk/skank is cringeworthy stuff.
2)Big Show destroying the midcard when he threw Kofi Kingston onto Wade Barrett. Looks like Barrett will be out for a fair few months with his dislocated elbow.
3) WWE ignoring the Nation of Domination and the Farooq character almost completely in their Ron Simmons video for the Hall of Fame.

Hopefully Smackdown tonight will be good, as the only confirmed match so far (Bryan v Punk) will have the internet fans creaming themselves.

This is p.ridiculous. I "kind of" like what they've done with Show recently, given how hard it is to use giants well, but this kind of thing happens around him a bit too often. At least Barrett is good enough on the mic that they will still be able to use him somehow. Mania still six weeks away, guess that's too close to reasonably expect him to be back.

Taken a nostalgic trip back in time to the 90's, Listening to the songs i grew up listening to.

Later i'll go further back, skipping the gayest decade on record imo (80's) and jumping straight into the 60's and 70's (rolling stones, beatles, Lynyrd skynyrd and other artists)

Chilling after a rather nasty Accounting exam this morning. I actually spent the last 20 minutes deliberating on whether I had my control ledger right. I spent 20 minutes with 2 versions in front of me, before sticking to my guns and going with my original. Good decision to, as that was the right one...

...shame about missing the glaring errors on my bank reconciliation statement because of it...
