What manga are you reading now?

Denki-Gai no Honya-san Vol 1
Terra Formars Vol 1

Yesterday I was looking at the anime fall of the few that caught my eye I noticed that they were manga's so I read the first volume of the first two on my list.

Denki-Gai was pretty funny and looks like it'll make a nice funny series you can just sit down and laugh and relax to (Something I like to do after work).

Terra is a nice pretty darn violent series set on Mars in the year 2577. The art work of the (not to give it away) bad guys in the manga really reminded me of the bad guys in Gantz. I also really like the looks of the PV I saw.

I want to read more of both!

Is anyone else following Bleach in the Weekly Shonen Jump app at the moment?

I think Giselle might be my favourite Bleach villain in a long, long time.

Things are certainly getting interesting, I think a lot of people are of the mind that coming unshackled from the need to stick to Anime friendly story arcs has done wonders.

Denki-Gai no Honya-san volume 2 and Chapter 11 of volume 3 .

This is a great littlle manga series so far and pretty bloody funny too. Chapter 11 was down right hilarious!

Very much a series that you will enjoy more if you are into the otaku slice of like kind of series.

I really get the feeling that the upcoming anime will be just up my street. Nothing epic, but a nice series to sit down and watch. I wouldn't be suprised to see it be much like The Daily Life Of High school Boys, as in each episode will be 3 or 4 shorts. Quick snappy shorts would work very well for it.

Kanokan Vol 9 (last 3rd of the part 4 omnibus) - Finished

Felt a bit rushed at the end, and the after word confirms that 3-4 volumes were crammed into 5 manga chapters. Things sure did escalate as the series went on, another volume and it might of become porn.

Mizu Asato - Denki-Gai no Honya-san Volumes 3-6

After thoroughly enjoying that I had a look for her other stuff and found a few and read these one-shots
Mizu Asato - Danshi Toilet de Machiawase
Mizu Asato - Famires no Juunin
Mizu Asato - Futaridake no Kyoushitsu
Mizu Asato - REC

Also to get ready for next anime season (as Madhouse is making it) I've read Volumes 1-6 of 10 of Iwaaki Hitoshi's Kiseijuu. A cracking read! I'll finish it this week without question.

I've also read volumes 1 & 2 of Berserk finally!
