What Games Are You Playing?

After a huge PC failure which resulted in a loss of some of my profiles, I have just managed to regain the top rank and all weapons on COD4 again. Good thing I enjoy the game.
Same thing happened with World at War but haven't done anything with that yet. I was half way threw Prestige too. TT_TT

Thankfully my exams are mostly over (still have Japanese next Saturday, but I'm set for that!) so I can finally get back into gaming. I started again on Pokemon Pearl yesterday which I hope to finish soon enough and I'm going to go back to the awesome FFIX soon too and continue from where I left off (just about to go to that country that's about to be attacked by Garnet's mother, I think!) :]

Empire: Total War.

Ye-eees!

The demo worked at minimum settings. Thankfully so does the full game. Currently attempting to kick arse with the Knights of St. John (who start with only Malta). It ain't easy but I like a challenge. ;)

Generally just been playing Dynasty warriors: Gundam II, but I got a recommendation from a work mate to try out UFC: Undisputed. I've downloaded the demo, and it's the 1st game in a LONG time that I had to use a tutorial for... Interesting though.

Far Cry 2, I've left it too long, gonna finish it off, it's actually a good game, there's just no fast travel... well, there is, but it's a mission to get there, lol. Thank God the games story isn't too long, jumped online earlier too, great fun, just a little broken.

Completed Pokemon platinum

Now on Fallout 3 - Broken Steel and loving this add on, definately adds some brilliant touchs to an already amazing game

Today I lost my Final Fantasy Virginity... though I'm starting to wish I didn't bother. A friend lent me FF: Crisis Core or something like that, and it's a good game. Only from what I remember seeing and being told about, I was sure Cloud and Sephiroff were exclusive to FF Vii and and the One Winged Angel was busy trying to destroy it, not save it =S, which goes against what's going on in this game.

I'm making this sound like too much of a big deal, I know, but a little clarification would go far for me.

But yes, I enjoyed it and I'm tempted to play a few more.

I had a craving to play Battlefield 2142 over the weeken so after a long installation process and patch update I've been hammering it like there's no tomorrow. I still love it. I love the fact my rank was keot on the EA server too. Thanks EA!
I also bought "Killing Floor" off steam the other day for £14.99. Not the most impressive graphical game I've ever seen but it is hella addictive. You work as a team of 6 or less and you have to fend off waves of monsters. The waves get more extreme the longer you last. It's mucho fun! Easy game to jump on and off too.

It's set before the events of FFVII, so thats why it wont really add up at this point.

Final case of Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations. It's taken me ages to get through this game because I need a lengthy break between cases, and also because I don't wanna say goodbye to the cast (although Edgeworth and Gumshoe will make their triumphant return soon enough) ;_;

I'm a massive phoenix wright fan but I do think that trials and tribulations is the weakest of all the games, while Mia's cases and the final case are enjoyable I find that the 2nd and 3rd cases have no replay value and are pretty dull, minus Godot's anticts. Played Apollo Justice yet? It's awesome.

I think I've enjoyed Trials and Tribulations a little more than Justice For All, mainly because the circus case in JFA was too far-fetched and that bastard laughing clown was annoying. I do own Apollo Justice but probably won't be playing it for a while.

I was skeptical about Apollo Justice at frist but it turned out to be an awesome game, even if Phoenix does steal the stage from Apollo a bit too often, and it is a bit too easy. See, I love Justice For All, the 4th case is one of my favourite Ace Attorney cases ever. Well, it's not as good as Rise from the Ashes, but it's still awesome.
