I got my copy of Perry Moore's Hero in the post today. Unfortunately, I was flicking through it and managed to catch a glimpse of two words that spoiled what I assume was a big plot point :/

Managed to complete it before I went to bed. 'Tis pretty interesting. Nice twist at the end too, which would have surprised me if it wasn't for everyone else who have read it giving away spoilers. D:
At certain times though, it isn't exactly what I'd call "Suitable for the squeamish" A perfect example would be Quarter Queen's crushed eyes. Not what I'd like to read before my tea., but at the same time, the gore isn't really the major aspect though, so it isn't too bad.
I'd recommend it, particularly if you're an L rather than a Kira supporter.

Overall mark 65

Stats + practical
Overall mark 64

Biological and general psychology
Overall mark: 62

Social psychology
Overall: 66

Shame it doesn't count to my overall grade
