What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

Some new stuff.
Amusingly (to me) when I ordered Realist Hero, I thought I was buying Genius Prince. I love both shows.
Both the CE's were bought as I only have the DVDs and they have more extras than normal. I've even got sellotape and a map which looks very similar to the world of Genius Prince.

I've confused those two shows before as well. I think it's a combination of the fairly similar premise and that the two aired pretty close together. Both are great. :)

Yeah, very lucky. Imagine if I didn't like Realist 🥴.
I'm actually about to finish a Realist Hero rewatch. I started when I ordered the CD so I wouldn't be tempted to open it.
Finished Genius Prince again recently.

Saw it via lovefim but don't own a copy.
Luckily, I had done no research so I didn't know who the bad guys were.

To The Abandoned Sacred Beasts
Never seen, always fancied. It's got Mamiko Noto. Hope it's not got too much drama.

Akame Ga Kill
Watched it from lovefim and bought my still unopened DVDs 6 years ago.
I suppose it was the price as I don't really need it. Didn't like parts of the ending.😭

That's all three of the recent Hosoda 4K releases. Only film missing some form of fancy collection now is The Boy and the Beast, hopefully the rights will fall to AL at some point (oh, and Scarlet, but Sony couldn't be bothered and I'm not sure they'll ever let anyone else do a release for it!)

So now I've gone and gotten myself into yet another new hobby, all because I dug my old stereo system out of storage a few weeks ago and set it back up in the living room, and then picked up a Pioneer PL-512 turntable from the local vintage stereo shop this past weekend.

I'm now collecting anime soundtracks on vinyl LP.

Today I received my 4th anime soundtrack LP in the mail, this one from Amazon. These OST collections on vinyl sound so absolutely amazing on my stereo system I've already become completely addicted to them. So much so that I have an additional 16 anime LPs on order right now - I'm getting a big jump-start right off the bat!

I'm hoping to do some small photo spreads for my anime LP sets just like I do with my anime steelbooks, so here are some pics of my fourth Anime OST LP:

I also ordered some replacement suspension feet for the Pioneer turntable; the feet that were on it when I purchased it were mismatched and hard as a rock from dry-rot. Here is a pic of the turntable with the new feet and Cowboy Bebop Side A loaded and ready on the platter:

Got a good deal on books 1-9 minus 6 of the Chuang Yi edition of Fushigi Yugi Genbu Kaiden. This is the variant released distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Madman. Spine dust jackets are a tad misaligned but oh well. This release didn’t get past volume 11, one volume away from completing the series which is frustrating.

I already had volume 1 of the Singapore variant which had a different logo.
