What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

My display cabinet and tv wall mount just installed and put together. Still need to put the doors on but too hungry to function right now 😵‍💫 Got woken by the delivery driver and just got on with it right away. Put the cabinet up without the instructions cause they decided to place those at the bottom of the packaging, thankfully my flat pack game is peak 😅

Also going to need to replace the big piece of glass it's too thin and the plan is to place figures on it when they arrive. Overall I'm happy with it plan to buy a 2nd one so I can display as much as possible in the mancave.

Saw it through lovefilm and never owned it.
I was going to buy Fairy Gone as HMV have reduced the Blu-ray to £9.99 and the DVD to £4.99. I've had my eye on it because of the alleged political and conspiracy themes. It's sat on the shelf at HMV forever. Until I decided to get it. I was in 3 different stores today.

Ah, so you got those "racy" boots today - Kids, close your eyes! 😁

I got my Dirty Pair Blu-rays and Art Book today, same stuff as HWR pictured above. My book has two, inch-long slashes in the shrink wrap in the bottom purple border area of the front cover that are most likely knife cuts from a box cutter, so there are some faint cut lines in the cover surface. But no dents in the book cover or the storage box, so that's good enough for me.

So here is the obligatory photo of my better-late-than-never Dirty Pair Kickstarter set and art book I finally received yesterday via Fedex. Unfortunately, there are two short utility knife cuts through the shrink wrap in the bottom purple border area on the front cover of the art book, so it did leave some light scoring in the cover surface. Other than that, everything arrived undamaged/undinged.

I still can't shake the feeling that it all looks more like a bootleg than a legit commercial product. :confused:
 
From what I've of the DP kickstarter it looks like it looks like an old hkdvd anime set. Matter of fact I still have quite a few hk sets from my early days of collecting and most of them look better than this DP set does.

So did the second season of Quints never come with a slipcover? I have yet to see one for Season 2. I got all three UK sets for only $36, so this was a major bargain even without a matching S2 slipcover, considering the OOP US Funimation Season 1 Blu-ray is selling for $400+ on eBay. I could just find a cheap copy of the US Season 2 Blu-ray to steal the slipcover off of, and still have a bargain.
