Besides, that isn't going to be for running everything since doom the dark ages is reported to be running on linux and any new self built PC isn't going to be contaminated with the vomit inducing mess that is windows 11.

This lovely large-format paperback includes both the original manga and the sequel. It's also surprisingly light, which should make it easier to read than the Poe Clan hardcover. That thing was like holding a slab of granite.

I still need to read The Poe Clan and A Drunken Dream and Other Stories, I absolutely loved The Heart of Thomas and I have the old CPM DVD of They Were 11 which was a rly interesting film too :)

I got my hangers and they are fab, very well made and I have already moved the 20+ items of heavier weight stuff that I was keeping on the frustrating grip strip hangers onto these newer ones, I also got this really cute set of stickers, which work great on paper... I feel like bunbun is having an Evangelion moment 😅🤔🫠🥰

Was a crazy productive day as well, perhaps embiggened by my hanger success (and also powered by coffee), I also rearranged my books on my living room bookcase, I decided to make the reference/learning books more readily accessible and grouped them all together on the same shelf to encourage me to use them and learn/create/make stuff - I was particularly excited to be reminded that I still have some really fun art-making books for kids.. ngl the best ones are way more enjoyable than a lot of more "grownup" how-to-draw/paint books! Was gonna do some scrapbooking in the evening but ended up organising my craft paper crate (I knew all those T-shirt bags I kept from Shein and Temu would come in handy one day! I'm joking in that I already use them for other stuff but yea they are useful) and tidying my living room desk as well, am pleased to report that it no longer requires a team of body builders to wheel it across the floor as it's now much lighter XP

I have not got email yet from the game collection and I did ask them though chat but all I was told that it will despatch within the next 24/48 hours for delivery on release day.
 
Had to resort to a special order.
I'll have to wait until tomorrow to watch.

Will you push for a replacement of the water damaged bits? Will be a pain (especially if they want it back to do a complete swap and then you face system transfer headaches).

In an ideal work they would let you visit a Smyths (if one is close), you hand them a waterlogged box of bits, they crack open a brand new one for you, take the Switch 2 and joycons out, and you do a trade of box and accessories. But the real world is rarely so idealistic.

No, thankfully the water damage to the box is minimal and everything works fine. Funnily the outer console box is less damaged than the inner due being gloss coated.
