It's been ages since I saw Lily Chou-Chou, I kinda remember it as almost being a way more downbeat Durarara (without the nutty cast). I should probably re-watch it to correct my memory...

Best way would be the Youtube video by Gigafrosty at time frame 20:40. Slip cover is not a flimsy one but not chipboard either, the case is a bit weird.

Ocean waves turned up today, completing the most inconsistent set of spines to grace anyone's collection.

I'm not even bothering to highlight font/size/lets add a picture/lets not add a picture/which distro are we? inconsistencies.

Wonder if Nasuicaa will ever get a doubleplay with a slip like everything else.

At least it's got the correct number on the spine :) As for the slip for Nausicaa, I made my own....

How'd you make your own slip? I've been thinking of doing this for Nausicaa too but no idea how.
I opened up one of the spare Ghibli slips I had and scanned that into the PC so it could be used as a template. Then I scanned the standard Nausicaa sleeve. Using a combination of the two scans and quite a few hours editing in photoshop I produced the artwork for the Nausicaa slip. I then took the file to my local high street printers and they printed it onto a silk 200gsm card. I then cut out the artwork using a scalpel. The trickiest part was folding it correctly. What I did was place the existing slip next to the flat Nausicaa slip and using a ruler mark the position of the folds. I scored the back of the slip so it would then fold easily without creasing. I'd left a flap at one end of the slip and using double sided tape stuck it together.
