Received these two from eBay today. Index to replace my UK set after Manga screwed up S2 I've decided go with the USA sets for Index/Railgun, just got Railgun S1 to replace now. Got SAO Extra Edition from musicmagpie, I assumed it was the Aniplex set but ended up getting the AllTheAnime french release which isn't English friendly so that's disappointing 
if anyone wants it I'd just be looking to get back what I paid (£16).
