Received Tenchi Muyo! Tenchi Universe & Fairy Tail Phoenix Priestess

The Tenchi timeline on the back of the case is helpful for me as i had no idea where to start with it after reading there's spin-offs, alternate universe shows etc :lol:

Watching Tenchi myself at the moment. Just Finishing up the Ryo-Ohki-verse with GXP then its on to Universe and the movies, then Tokyo and finally Geminar (then Sasami)

I find it weird that despite being arguably the mainest main character, Araragi doesn't appear on the front cover of any Monogatari release. Also, with the arrival of Nise, I have to decide if I want to break alphabetical order to have all my Monogatari blu rays together.
 
Let's be honest though, when you have the veritable bevy of hot waifus that Monogatari has, Araragi is probably pretty low down on the list of priorities for pride of place on the cover art.

Put them under "M" for monogatari.
 
So, I just got The Tale of Princess Kaguya and was going to watch it right now. It turns out the digipack is too big to get out of the artbox (for mine, atleast). Held it upside down and tried to remove it by shaking it. That did nothing. So I ended up having to open up the back of the artbox and it turns out the artcards are a little bit thicker than the previous Ghibli CEs, causing the digipack to bulge and be too big to come out. Put it side by side with The Wind Rises' CEs and I noticed that Kaguya's box is slightly smaller. Genius.

They also removed the little slit for you to use your fingers to remove the digipack... :evil:

Exactly the same problem. After removing the art cards the issue is greatly reduced so I now store the art cards separately.

I ended up doing the same. Ridiculous thing to miss. I honestly don't know how they didn't notice it.
