Pretty sure you get charged for that by Ebay, just like it's added at the checkout from their 2 websites, deepdiscount and wowhd.

Got six packages today. Four of the packages were from Amazon DE, those being the five Sekirei volumes and the Pokemon movie. Then I got two packages from Mandarake (Sahra and Nakano). Photos have been censored The fourth and final part of Imaizumi is coming later this week.
