I received my second AL Xmas sale order this morning, which turned out to be some last chance stuff and a couple of films from the B1G1F section.
Very pleased to get the complete second season of Durarara without having to sell a limb and a kidney. I know this release does not include the OVAs, but I have those on my pirate drives anyway.

Then, a couple of B1G1F films I've had my eye on for a while, and that many others have recommended. I watched the Penguin Highway trailer and saw a coke can turn into a penguin in mid-air and was like: "Yo, I need to watch that!".

I second that, loved Penguin highway and the Utada song for the credits is a perfect bittersweet bookend. Wanted to read the book ever since and hopefully some day will get around to it. Liz is another masterpiece - gorgeous, gorgeous movie. It's absoloutley fantastic!!! Enjoy![]()
Start Beautiful Bones first. These arrived a few days ago, I like most of them but returned the green/coral shirt as the print quality of the image was terrible, I would note that while I do like the rainbow tree hoodie and jaguar/leopard sweatshirt, they do not have consistently stellar print quality overall - I would def recommend being careful on Temu to make sure a product has lots of good reviews before you buy and remember that sometimes there are multiple listings for the same thing but some will be higher quality hence the importance of reading reviews, particularly if you are buying items at additional discounts that are offered on the app, try to load up the exact same item product page on your computer to look for reviews (esp with photos or videos) before you buy - I've mostly been quite careful about that kind of stuff but have prob faltered a bit due to my depression/low mental state combined with all the Black Friday sales and deals of late, and want to help others avoid making the same mistakes
I also got my Anime Limited 12 Days of Xmas sale items:
Ascendance of a Bookworm Seasons 1+2 Standard Blu-ray
Beautiful Bones: Sakurako's Investigation Standard Blu-ray
El-Hazard: The Alternative World Standard Blu-ray
Lupin the 3rd Part 6 Standard Blu-ray

Oh well, I'll read your opinion in the future.I thought you might say that!Unfortunately, given that it has no English dub it will likely be a while before I get around to it - I think when I bought it the product page on AL's webshop did say that it's got English audio, and that's part of why I bought it (the other reason is ofc cuz I've heard it's a rly good show)... I'm still working my way thru Is the Order a Rabbit?, that's about all the subbed anime I can handle at once haha XP

I’m not sure CR UK put enough glue on this Info-Card for MHA S6 P2.
Seems my items from yesterday escaped any damage though removing those info-cards was fun:

Tut tut tut, skimping on such an important manufacturing cost!![]()
Haha, don’t give them ideas! It should be one massive circle of glue the full size of the card, right?!?![]()
The good news is the Arrow release has options for watching either the three-movie or six-movie edits, so you can split it into more manageable 90-minute chunks. It's still nine hours of misery overall though.Saw this for a good price on eBay so snapped it up. When I'll actually get around to watching all 9 hours or so of this trilogy, who knows...

Ah, Crunchyroll are spoiling you with that deluxe cardboard box and sheet of paper combo. I had a Wandavision steelbook arrive today that Amazon US shipped internationally in a paper bag. No cardboard, no bubble wrap; nothing. Somehow it arrived with only a couple of very minor dents. The packaging was not up to my standard, one sheet of packing paper (see photo). Trigun has a squished corner but everything else was fine. I probably won't ask for a replacement.
