Yesterday I went out shopping and got:

Lore Olympus Volume 8 (Hardback) (Brighton Waterstones has a few copies a bit before the official release date of 06/05/2025)
The Usborne Illustrated Tales of King Arthur (Hardback) (Charity shop buy, £1.25!)
BlueQ Socks "Anxious and Sexy" Design Pair
2 x Diablo No Added Sugar Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread (I still have most of the first jar left and all of the second, just thought it was a bit redundant to photograph both)
2 x Ribena Mango & Lime Sugar Free 500ml bottles (have drunk one of them and put the empty bottle in the recycling)

Finally home and going through my CD purchases. Had a moment of sadness when I saw I already had Love by Mika Nakashima, which turned to joy when I found the disc inside the case was actually Mika's Music album. Plus I only had a Best Of for Dream Come True, so the three new CDs should fill that niche. Opened my Sound! Euphonium box and found two booklets (one text only, the other with CV's of all the characters), an envelope with two pages of text and a double CD of the music. I've taken a pic of the CD cover, as it's so cute. Also, if you're in Japan and looking for something to pad your suitcase out with, try Van Houten cocoa. It used to be in the vending machines, and it was the best tasting cocoa available, but it appears to have been supplanted by an inferior alternative (Tully's). You can still get the cocoa in the supermarkets for around Y500 (there was also a small 50g special tin for Y600 which I was too cheap to buy and will probably regret forever more).

I got monies so I treated myself to some fun cute stuff from Temu, I got the scrapbook so I have another quality one to go on to when I've filled up the one I'm currently working on, as the rest of my short story and The Adventures of Commander Will and Gary Spiders will take up a fair few pages XP

The rest of the Temu stuff I got and the glitter glues I bought from Amazon today - I really like the Dovecrafts 3D Pearl Effect Paints overall so hopefully the glitter glue is similarly high quality. Also dunno if it's appropriate to post a product image so I won't but I got some rly nice lingerie off Lovehoney with a 50% off coupon, I was a bit worried it wouldn't quite fit based on the measurements given on their site but it arrived today and it does fit and I feel good in it (both in terms of looking cute and in that it's a comfortable fit), for anyone who wants to look up the product themself, it's called Lovehoney Plus Size Boudoir Belle Blush Pink Push-Up Basque Set

Did anyone here ever watch The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy back in the day?. I didn't cause I didn't get back into Cartoon Network until Regular Show but this is considered to be one of the channels better shows from what fans feel is their awkward 2000s era

Also I was hoping to see if the new Fairly Oddparents funko Pop figures were available. They were not. But I wanted Mandy anyway........

More fun Temu things and the Blu-ray of Hungarian cult classic animated film Cat City, it's worth noting that there is an English dub for this film that isn't included in this release, tbf it is generally agreed to be a bad dub, but from what I'm seeing the distributor Deaf Crocodile has omitted excellent English dubs such as the one for Felidae from some of their releases as well, and that gives me more pause (for that reason I am unlikely to purchase the Blu-ray of Felidae), still I am very excited to see Cat City again
