I accidentally bought this sketchbook yesterday on Temu with one click pay when I just meant to add it to my cart, since it was fairly inexpensive and looks cool I will just try to do more sketching, which I have been meaning to do for years anyway, it's an A5 hardcover with 320 pages that are supposedly impervious to ink... we'll see when it arrives

...I love that it says it's both hardcover and hardback

Really awesome to be able to find figures for so cheap, when the average cast off figure, whether new or used, for my 18+ collection costs £150-£250 ($200-$300 US).

Went to Nottingham on Saturday for a change of scene. Ended up circling around a few shops including Forbidden Planet and Page 45 to get some books. World End Solte was unfortunately not at either of them so that'll need to be my next online order.

Red River Omnibus Volume 1 by Chie Shinohara and Emanon Volume 4 by Kenji Tsuruta. Heard excellent things about Red River for many years and bellyache about Viz not promoting their Shojo titles to anyone who listens. So I should put some money where my mouth is and support them. Emanon was a surprise because as wonderful as Tsuruta's work ... it's always a dice role on if he'll ever continue it. So seeing Volume 4 after so at least 4 years felt like being tricked. A good reminder that the internet is not always a substitute for visiting bookshops.

Assorted Crisis Events issue 1 (written by Deniz Camp with art by Eric Zawadzki, Jordie Bellaire and Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou) which was very good and worth checking out if you are into comics outside of Japan. I also got Gleem by Freddy Carrasco and Fantastic Four - Whatever Happened To The Fantastic Four by Ryan North.

All I'm saying is, if/when you come to Japan, be sure to bring a large empty suitcase. it's a pity the boxes are so huge, or that Natsume figures would have been mine (these are from the Hiroshima Animate store). Still two weeks of restraining myself to go.

A few days ago I bought all these sticker sets from Temu, haven't really bought many stickers for a while so I'm pretty excited about these, I plan to use them for my scrapbooking and making cards, stuff like that

Haha, I guess I will have to post my figure purchases either here or in the Anime Photos thread then, rather than in the actual Figures thread, since there's little to no traffic over there. I guess no one even knows that thread exists, lol...

Although, since my figure collection is all 18+ cast off figures, the photos I can post here are limited to only the SFW images!

I really like that Starry Night shirt, even though I am a cat hater, still pretty cool. And the artwork on those purple Witch Kingdom stickers really remind me of a typical Yes album cover from the 1970's, one of my favorite progressive rock bands!
