How did you solve the missing EORI and VAT number? UPS contacted me about that as well. It seems that those are assigned to companies but I'm just a consumer. Why does UPS think that the package is imported by a company?

I'm very annoyed by this. I've received many packages from outside the EU through DHL or local carriers, never have they asked for these things.

Another package got into the same mess and as AL wasn’t responding I found their VAT number on the internet. At this point I could no longer fill in the missing data because the link was dead and UPS was no longer sending me messages, so I contacted them. Then it turned out they were asking for MY missing EORI and VAT number. They suspected I was a company because of the number of items send. I was confused about it because it didn't occur to me that I was seen as a business importer, all I got were some messages about missing data. I told them I was just a consumer and the packages resumed shipping and I got them both on the same day.

Thanks - that'll explain the one not yet dispatched. I've sent a message about the other one that says fulfilled but no sign of it.

Just to close this off, the order I was waiting on being dispatched arrived last week.
Anime Limited let me know Royal Mail were investigating missing parcels and added my tracking number to the list. This finally arrived today so I now have everything from the Christmas sale! Looking forward to (maybe) getting around to watch some of it!

For what it's worth I'm still waiting for my Nadia and mystery box sets, but then I did have in there some crunchyroll pre-orders with the last one due for release in Feb so I'm guessing they will be posting them all out together once the final pre-order releases.
