And that post is proof why I shouldn't type on my phone, always end up missing out words in a sentence lol

So Baku, what do you think will be today's DOTW?

We should be looking for more or less this order for the next weeks unless theres a new title coming into dtow

1-Solty rei
2-Samurai Deeper Kyo
3-kkitousen
4-Slayers

I was correct. This was regarding last week but since it was a new DOTW, this would carry on to this week and its correct. It was Solty Rei.

If you're unlucky enough to be near a HMV that's closing, they have quite a few anime DVDs and Blu-rays on at half price or lower now they're days away from closing. My local one had plenty of blu-ray movies and sets, including the Ninja Scroll blu-ray steel book for £11.50, the first two Bleach Movie blu-rays for £11.50 and the third Bleach movie on blu for £10, all of which I got. They also had the Madoka Magica blu set for half price, but I couldn't see what that was (it was over near a side packed with people.) as well as a few other blus.

DVD wise they had older Bleach and Naruto singles for a few pounds each, and a few oddities like Casshern Sins Part 2 for less than £10.

This was just my local shop, but it's pretty small, so if you have a HMV that's closing near you it's worth a check.

BEWARE.

Forbidden Planet are notoriously bad for mail order. I'd suggest confirming with them that the item is in stock before laying money down.

I've had the experience before of ordering from them, having my money taken, and then being told six months later that the item was unobtainable.

They are, to be blunt, not an option for me where online orders are concerned.

I also find it hard to believe they would be selling something cheap, when I was in my nearby store every DvD was at RRP, i.e £50 for some sets you can get for £25 online.

Something I noticed recently, not sure how long it's been there, but MVM are now on Play as a trader which means you can, if you want to, buy through the Play store rather than the AOL store. It also means you can use Play points, vouchers etc. and yes deal of the week does show up as well.

It's only a subset of the AOL site though, just DVDs and Bluray, rather than manga, collectibles etc that you can get on the main site.

London or Scotland? The local FPI hasn't stocked new anime in years and the price stickers are as old as the boxes - take it to the till and it is usually a lot less.
