Yonkou (the dude who gets the info on Japanese stuff pretty fast) has mentioned some updates on One Punch Man Season 2:
  • Episode 1 is premiering at a Japanese convention this weekend, followed by the episode made available online on 12th August.
  • Due to J.C.Staff wanting to maintain the quality that Madhouse have done with Season 1, the show won't air until January 2020.

Why would they want Ep 1 out 18 months early?

I was looking through the up coming films on the Showcase app and found this, Mutafukaz (aka MFKZ). It's French written, French/Japanese co-produced (with Studio 4°C) with a French and Japanese director (Shoujirou Nishimi: Tekkon Kinkreet animation director). I can't pin down which country did the actual animation and it's not on MAL so maybe not anime, but anyway it's out on the 11th October via Manga:
Celluloid Dreams sells 'Mutafukaz' to UK, Germany (exclusive)

Trailer says "a Studio 4°C film", so IDK:
