So it's a digipack... like the Berserk Golden Age: Egg of the King Collector's Edition set. Disappointing. It can't be that hard to have an artbox to fit both digipacks?

Some cast members for the English Attack on Titan dub have been announced.
Character – Actor
Keith – Patrick Seitz
Moses – Jeff Johnson
Erwin – J. Michael Tatum
Marco – Austin Tindle
Carla – Jessica Cavanagh
Grisha – Chris Hury
Hannes – David Wald

I wonder if attack on titan will continue its anime cause I heard it's so good it over took one piece at some point and the DVD looks amazingly beautiful

It will continue no doubt, but they're probably going to wait until the manga is done (it's suggested it will only be 20 volumes long).

I imagine that they will animate the spin offs (Before the fall & No Regrets) whilst they wait for the manga to get ahead.

Really hope the UK/US release contains the OVA as well :)

No way ................you remember death note ...Well ever fan knows death note it was ep 25 in the anime and the company told the author to carry on with the manga.....I think the series was supposed to end at 25-26 but they told him to carry on with it and it went to **** afterwards.....I'm not saying attack on titan will be **** like the last half of death note was but I'm saying that it'll probably be like one piece or naruto or bleach or case closed it'll probably go on for long time if it was great as every one says cause I'm sure there looking for something that's great like one piece and death note

One piece good for its selling manga
Death note for its anime/movie/manga but second half sucks

It's such a shame that the MangaUK release will be nowhere as awesome as that LE (come on, prove me wrong fellas). The LE sure is expensive though (converted, it's just less than £80).

So I just got my reply from MangaUK.. I have asked is yesterday night..

#Funimation has announced their Attack on Titan editions plus BD its region B too... When do you plan to announce yours?#

Their reply..

Our release date for Part 1 will be September because we have to author a PAL DVD edition. Our BD edition will be "special".

We present our July-September new releases to retail 1st week of April. Then upload to Amazon b4 end of April

Curious.

They didn't give me any information. Maybe it was the way I phrased my question.

If Manga do follow through with a steelbook for Attack on Titan, I think it's quite sound. If they're going to end up a few months after the US release, they might as well offer something different as a collectable. All the options look pretty good to me anyway.

In other news, I keep on hearing rumblings that Space Dandy is going to be 26 episodes after all, as a split cour series, based on sources such as this. I can't find any official announcements, but it seems to be a fairly open secret.

As long as special isn't "a slipcover and a poster" like their HMV Exclusive Blood movie is, then I might just wait.

I'll shoot them an email regarding the Premium Ed and see what their response is. It'll most likely be yes.

Save us all bombarding them with emails, let us know what they say when they get back to you.

^ I agree. Will make it much easier to write about them xD.

MangaUK are currently looking into licensing Bayonetta: Bloody Fate.

Nice. I assume Manga won't be in charge of creating the the English dub, but it needs to be done using the English voice actors from the game.
I know there were complaints that while the Japanese DVD/BD contains subs, it didn't have a dub because of that fact. I do agree that the game would really benefit from an English dub.

I also think that what would be worthwhile to do (which I have suggested to them), is for MangaUK to team up with Nintendo UK to collaborate on the release. Bayonetta 2 is a Wii U exclusive due out this year, while Bayonetta: Bloody Fate is an adaptation of the first game which wasn't released on a Nintendo platform. Like, Nintendo UK advertise the release of the movie for those who aren't familiar with Bayonetta 2, while MangaUK promote the release of the game. Or, a crazier, unlikely idea - the two collaborate on a limited edition release of the game that includes the movie on DVD/BD (but I'm not sure how royalties and such would work with that).

Tada! Good News.
Yes we will be stocking it, once publisher has released all the information including shipping dates and fixed release date.
