When will FUNimation not find an excuse to rerelease Dragonball Z?
I don't entirely brugdge them for this. This is the same sort of release that Digimon, YuGiOh and Monster Rancher are geting. Namely targeted for people who grew up watching the show in cut form on TV.
Who missed on the bajillion and one releases that the show has had since it was on TV, unlike the other shows you've mentioned?
The ones who were looking for the ocean group cast.

Oy vay.

I hope it's Index or Railgun. I did ask Tony about them at MVM and he said he has looked into them, but they're on the back burner for now. I also wouldn't mind Toradora with the OVA.

I'm starting to think we are doomed to never get Toradora, though it did at least come out fairly recently In Australia with the OAV and we are getting increased numbers of sub only so perhaps there is still some hope

I'm happy they licensed arakawa, but i already imported the nis sets so i won't be buying this one, at least the companies are feeling more comfortable with sub-only releases.
I do hope more of nis's catalogue is licensed here, mainly for those who can't or won't import, but i prefer the premium sets nis put out so i doubt i'd purchase any if they were licensed here, maybe pandora hearts, just cause it's too hard to find the premium sets of that show.

In a few years time, FUNimation will rerelease DBZ, but this time, characters will have new hats digitally added on. Seriously, they'll find any excuse to rerelease DBZ and I'm amazed that the bubble hasn't burst.

You know, as long as it keeps them alfoat in such a way that means I don't need to contend with the thought of Aniplex being the sole propriotor of anime, that's bloody lovely.

I heard something about https://www.up1.co.uk/Details/B2443 bleach boxset 12 being in one part or something, I has a look but I couldn't find the news of it on here, could someone fill me in about whats happening with bleach boxset 12
Season 12 is only 17 episodes long, so I assume Kazé opted to release it one set, as opposed to splitting it up into two sets of 9 and 8 episodes (respectively).

Going based on the UP1 link - part 1 contains 8 episodes. So part 2, 221-229. Box 18 for Kaze's French release seems to cover 218-229.
