Wat? Japan got a different name for this movie? I think I prefer "Angel Wars" although the font used is horrible.

Loved that film - thought it was really underrated when it first came out, and a lot of people seemed to miss the point in terms of what it was trying to do. In many ways, it's probably the closest thing we'll ever get to a live action 'girls with guns' anime we'll ever get in the West.

Yeah can't believe it's only a 6.1 on IMDB. Great fight sequences / soundtrack. I am a bit of a Zack Snyder fan - Watchmen (soundtrack again), 300. Man of steel was OK but was a difficult one to get right I suppose.

Eh i really didn't like Sucker Punch, my least favourite Zack Snyder film. The trailers showed a completely different film to what it turned out to be, the best parts were the 'dreamish' sequences. I do really like 300, Man of Steel and Watchmen though, i think i'm one of the few that rates Man of Steel pretty high so i'm really looking forward to Batman V Superman.

I'm still very much looking forwards to Batman vs Superman. I think the fact it hasn't been done before will provide much more creative freedom. Possibly even alter my opinion of the first if it turns out a lot of aspects were "setting up" for the sequel...

I keep looking at the watchmen collectors set as supermart are doing it for £35;
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Watchmen-Blu-ra ... 0093ICOE0/

I don't know the regions though (not that that affects me) but it would be nice to have the ultimate cut. Hmmm...

My favourite Zach Snyder film is his Dawn of the Dead remake. One of my favourite zombie movies. I'm not a huge fan of his overly dull, desaturated style and Dawn of the Dead is pre 300 Snyder, so it really doesn't even feel like a Snyder film. That being said, I do like Watchmen.

Looks like the Amazon.com price for the collectors edition dropped from 50USD to 35USD today. With shipping and import fees deposit it came out to slightly less than the supermart price so I've gone for it. Woohoo! Now I need to free up 3.5 hours to watch it.

Ah yes his Dawn of the Dead remake how did i forget that, it's one of my favourite zombie films, i actually prefer it over the original.

Yeah i've been tempted by the Ultimate Cut as well, it is Region Free i think, almost all WB Blu-rays are Region Free.

Also they got Oscar winner Chris Terrio to re-write the script hence the year long delay and that is a great thing, Snyder being paired up with a fantastic writer I literally cannot fathom how exciting and awesome this film is going to be! With what little we have so far it is shaping up very well, having Bruce there in MoS sets up the conflict in a very believable manner and makes it natural, due to the destruction in MoS people being split on whether they like or hate Superman exactly how it would be IRL, this is film is dealing with the consequences of that last movie something I don't think we have ever seen before (in a CBM). The day is darkest just before the Dawn (of Justice). Heh.

All WB releases are Region Free so you don't have to worry about a thing!

Got a notification on my phone this morning of a voicemail which had been left yesterday. For some reason my stupid phone didn't ring, nor tell me I had the voicemail until this morning. It was from a guy who interviewed me for a job on Thursday, asking me to call him back. But I can't call him back until Monday now. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but it's still frustrating...

Time to look for another broadband provider, as my current 2 year deal with plusnet is up.

Sadly due to being in the dark ages (i.e. non LLU exchange) my options are limited to BT, Post Office, John Lewis or stick with Plusnet.

I'm just looking at new customer freebies (& cashback).

BT are terrible. They cancelled my flatmate's old contract without informing him and without his permission, and then had the cheek to try and charge him for leaving it early. We were going to just move it to this flat, but after that we decided to go elsewhere.

BT have been nothing but great for me since I moved in to my flat two years back ;)

I would've gone for virgin, but at the time I couldn't get fibre optic broadband in my location so went for BT and have BT Infinity 2 with them.

I've had poor experiences with BT too; the Internet never worked reliably at my last workplace and they sent us about 7 identical routers, one at a time, convinced each time that it would be the solution. I had all kinds of logs I had prepared showing the problem but they weren't interested because they didn't want to understand it properly, and I had to make a formal complaint in the end to get them to release us from contract so we could move to a different company (which worked fine). If everything is fine I'm sure they're ok but when something goes wrong their customer support is completely inadequate.

R

That's true for pretty much any supplier. None of the first/second and sometimes third line staff have any clue what their doing and can only follow their script, a problem that exists in every customer service department.

First post in this thread I think. I stayed up all night because I can't get to sleep, and I've been having trouble doing so for a while now, so its one of those days. I really don't feel sleepy, but my brain is pretty much dead (nothing new then I guess). Help.

If you need to feel tired to get to sleep and have a more restful normal sleep cycle: Sominex.
If you need to extend primarily deep sleep: Nytol. You will wake feeling a little groggy.
If you need to extend primarily light sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go: 5-HTP.

You can mix and match to get the desired results. The above outcome are what I see and may differ.

Thanks, I do really need to look into sleeping tablets. It's one of the many things that I've lived with where I just thought that it was normal only to realize that in the end my patterns and such are not normal. This is going to sound pathetic but I've always had problems swallowing tablets (no, I've not tried to swallow an iPad whole, way too big) and never explored alternatives so I just end up dealing with things with brute force. I'm a night owl and generally do most of my stuff at night, which sucks ever more! Why can't I be like everyone else T_T
