Morning all! I'm busy today but thought I'd best make an appearance. Looks like everyones getting ready for the new term. Nothing has changed for us employed folk like. Just another day in the office.
Aye. The world keeps turning, while the students are learning... As we keep yearning for the money we are earning...
And the job is still boring to the point where we are snoring, so our desires -once soaring- become cramped while storing 'til the painful crys are roaring...

WARRRRRRGH!!!! (Too much Pheonix Wrong).

@Voddas, Great minds (or strange minds) think alike......either way its worrying

Meatball wrap? if i never see another meatball it'll be too soon...never having that subway again lol abit too filling.

How's all? it's pretty quiet on here today!

Meant to be going to either the pub tonight or to the cinema with the gf....just dunno which one to root for (now he's sorting out a holiday he's become increasingly tight with his money lol)

Morning Tachi!
I've been off working on my house for the last two days so I'm being over-run by back log today. So bare with me while I keep disapearing. Be glad when todays over. Although, I'm glad it's it' busy in away coz the time is just flying by. Can't belive it's 3.00 allready! Wierd.
:D

Fair enough :) did blacks recent D.I.Y'in give you inspiration to do some in your house? or is it a Spring cleaning thing?

(I had a spring cleaning thing in my room a few weeks back....feels good...spring-like even)

Nah... just the ongoing battle of transforming my house into a more unisex feel. Before Sarah moved in, I'd decorated the whole place. It was all quite darl. Alot of dark red and Novie posters about. A lads flat I guess... now it's all cream and baige.

Finished the front room months and months ago... the dinning room on the other hand has looked like a building sight. Concrete floor and all that stuff... now, as of yesterday... it is finished!! Floor is down, walls are done, curtains up and wires hidden. Looks magnificent!!

Also finally got my DVD wall setup in the study so my DVDs are on display rather than all boxed...

I'll stop there... going on a bit and there's a client talking to me at the same time.

PS I love Michael McIntyre!! :D

lol sounds like a good deal of work done on the house Voddas, you should take a few pics at somepoint :)

Your talking to a client?? at home?? lol (tbh my staff stop me in the street and want to talk to me out of office hours....nice to say "call me on monday and well talk about it, have a nice weekend" and then i bugger off lol)

I want to buy the Michael McIntyre Live and laughing dvd....but its £16:99 at HMV....i love Michael McIntyre....but not that much lol :p

Considering buying a Frankie Boyle dvd too....but i know his material  its not for the faint hearted.

anyone here into Public Image Limited? I've just got tickets for their gig in December
Sorry man, can'y say I've heard of them.

@Tachi: I have 'Live and Laughing'. I cryed my eyes out I laughed that hard. XD

Oh, I'm at work by the way. I'm not sat at home with a client. I'd never let them know where I lived. O_O

*imagines mob of tax payers with torches storming his house*

*shudders*

haha fair enough mate :) i thought you where at home and a client had your personal email address and was talking to you out of the blue...tbh its strange enough when i'm out drinking with the lads and i see some of my staff out and about especially when your stood talking to them for 30mins and still can't remember what their name is (i have between 2,750 and 3,000 staff members on the books) funilly enough though, i remembered his name when i got home...completely unhelpful.

Sorry Chaos, never heard of em. did you check out Burn season?

I saw the chap live once. A friend of mine would frequently sign up for those free live audience tickets for BBC radio comedy, and on this occasion he happened to give one to me. Quite enjoyable, even though we had to travel from one end of the Capital to the other to see the show.
