The General Conversation Area

:D

I knew the minute i bought the fanta that this afternoon is looking better.
Right...had a call from the college, their goin to see if they can put me on the CISCO course :D now i'm goin home, booking theory, playing abit of fat princess (curse you Afoia for getting me to play it....now i'm hooked :p) and then off to the pub with the lads for a brew....or two...:really happy face:

Ta'raa all

Whoooooooaaaaaahhhoooo My sex is of ffiiiiiiiiiiire

Feeling on top form today
I've got so much sorted already and much more to see to :p

So far i've booked friday off work, not just the morning but the whole bloody day!!! meaning that i can go out on thursday and drink as much as i want to celebrate the last proper lads night in luton before we all disperse to Uni's and working and not worry about having to work on friday *evil laugh*

And the reasons i have for taking the day off:
Go to college and enrol onto the Cisco course.
Go to town and buy new work gear and a suit.
Go to the travel agents with the lads and get this holiday sorted :thumb:
we sat there lastnight talking about it over a curry and a pint.
Woke up and got it authorised so its pretty much now set in stone...i'm a genius

How's all?

Edit: Not quite Zin ;) its a company/program that also includes networking. in short that is....the military use it. you've bound to have seen its logo in a few films before. (if not...watch Iron Man)
Basically my aim was to do the CompTia A+ but that course isn't going on due to lack of people....then do the Cisco Pathway course...but life has decided different :p

Morning Trouble,

How've you been? i haven't really spoken to you that much (or as much as i used to atleast) in ages! hope your alright and still enjoying college :)

Good Good :)

Final year now huh? seems that i'll be finishing off this year myself, hopefully with a nice few qualifications under my belt, able to get myself a job as a technician....i've considered the proposition i was given at the start of the year, of becoming a private techy and fixing Peoples laptops and Pc's for a small cost. In talks with Ben regarding the whole "business" as we are thinking of sorting out a website or something.

What are you hoping to do when you leave??

Congrats Tachi. Cisco is a company which is synonym to networking. Both hardware / software. They also do a little communications products, as VoIP phones and whatnot. Every big company or goverment agency uses their stuff, as they are on top of the game in networking. The military use of Cisco by the military would be from their networks, to that thing you can see on transformers when the soldier is in the video-phone with his wife.

That's great. You were getting some biological studies now, wasn't it?

Hey-ho everyone!

Yep, it's the month where all the students go back. Strange that I dont feel that nostalgic about being at uni last year... Meh.

Grats Tachi! Hope you enjoy it.

Morning all! I'm busy today but thought I'd best make an appearance. Looks like everyones getting ready for the new term. Nothing has changed for us employed folk like. Just another day in the office.
