The concept of how the toilet worked was completely lost on someone...

Sounds messy. Trying to find a toilet in Central London that isn't clogged with tissue paper and other unsanitary features is near impossible. My go to is the McDonald's at Leicester Square or various restaurants I eat at. Anywhere else is risky, and potentially lethal.

Minutes are pointless. It's just the shorthand write-up of a bunch of ideas and suggestions that are proposed in a meeting but never actually...actioned...

That could be the problem!
It always comes up apparently, people on other machines are always leaving rubbish around, I dread what their mothers go through, but I don't see many rats myself yet the ones that bring it up are the ones with cozy office jobs - what are the rats doing in the offices?

Too true, they wanted to change the shift pattern before but the change would leave the bottom line a shift down and leave them without some well needed pay, concerns me as I am the bottom line. They've talked about that twice and have never done it. I shouldn't really say but they've thought about taking holiday benefits away according to the last minutes
