So, is that something you'd say if you were being nagged? "I'll do it now in a minute"? 😆
It is, kind of like when South Africans say "I'll do it just now" except that "just now " can mean in the next minute, next week, next month, or in ten years XD

From Mock the Week:

—The answer is: six. What is the question?
—Is it, "What do men in New Zealand think about every six seconds?"

😋

That's cool, though. 😃

Just gotta warm up a wee bit now, and you'll have it all. 😉

It's just as well I don't have kids, or else they'd have potty mouths, and some pretty bad habits  My (old) friend looked at me like I'd offended her great ancestors when I once made a noodle butty in front of her little boy; he started to copy me and she didn't want him picking up bad habits!

Pffft, I thought we all liked noodles on a sandwhich XD

But, it is scientifically proven that people who swear lots are more open and honest!

Well yeah, of course a chippy sandwich is good too, but I just happened to have noodles for tea at the time, and by default, as I would at my own home (without judgement), I started to put my noodles on a butty!

I've never tried that, but I would in a heartbeat. What's it like?

As the always-eloquent Stephen Fry once said: "Anyone who thinks swearing has anything to do with poor vocabulary or lack of interest in language is a f*cking lunatic." 😁

(Or words to that effect.)

I like it personally. I mean, it's full of starch and carbs, but being a Scot I'm sure you'd be fine ;) It's just nice the way the noodles make the butter melt on the bread, but you have to be quick at eating it though because the bread goes soft and the noodles start to slither out...

Perhaps I just need to grow up XD
