I'm sorry, you'll have to find someone else to do them. I barely have the time, energy or enthusiasm to do the things I actually want to do at the minute, let alone dedicate time to do things for other people.

three weeks naah it's ok. only just now I've got some time to do it. I'll have a look at the ones I wanted and see what I can do with them, hope you get that precious 5 mins to yourself. nothing worse than being stuck with too much work. oi!

That doesn't sound good. :(

It's mostly just down to work. We've been really busy recently and severely understaffed. I'm supposed to work 5am-11am, but recently we've been so behind I haven't been getting out until after 1pm, leaving me feeling very drained, not to mention actually being at work is a demoralising uphill struggle, just looking at the raw numbers compared to the amount of people in and knowing that no matter how hard everyone works, it's all rather fruitless. I have no real obligation to stay past 11, but I really don't like leaving other people when there's still a load of work to do, and I don't think it would be particularly fair of me to leave it all to others. I often lose time when I finish work napping for far too long because I'm exhausted, then having to go to bed early because I'm at work the next day, which requires me to be up at 4:30am. It's tough, but I'll just have to persevere.

Dude, I get that, totally! I've been in that situation myself. I'm not going to get all motherly and start preaching, but just make sure you look after yourself! No job is worth sacrificing your health for, take it from me!

I do hope things can improve for you, I don't know you too well but you seem like a decent guy; you've been super nice to me in my stint here...

(Okay so it did get a little bit motherly!) :p

For me, I have the time, it's the energy and enthusiasm that eludes me right now!

well the longer you go without a job the closer you are to getting in the robot, shinji ain't doing it!
I dunno though, it's only like a HUD I want designed the rest of it could probably be done in a few things outside photoshop. I did mean for it to be something to do for someone with the time.
will a chocolate give you enthusiasm and energy? I have maltesers drinking chocolate, not sure how much I have left though

Haha, thanks dude :) Ah, it's wierd, I like chocolate, but not in liquid form! Chocolate does bring me momentary happiness, but I don't know about enthusiasm and energy. The energy part is pretty much down to my illness though...

I'm aware of the whole putting yourself before the job thing, I ended up quitting a job at a call center after a week on the phones because it was causing me anxiety and depression, but I've been at my current workplace for almost 2 years and made a few good friends there, it'd be pretty hard to walk away, however if things don't improve, I'm not exactly averse to looking for another job.

someone still hasn't told my bosses that. blowing my nose after a few shifts brings up bloody tissues

8 hours? pfff, 12 hours 7 day stints! j/k ye ye it isn't a competition I totally get what it's like when work is busy, my bosses have said before that no one takes holidays through september and october, but they don't really stick to that rule. it's one rule for some, another for others

I wouldn't complain about working 8 hours if the starts weren't ridiculously early. You're tired enough as it is getting up at 4:30am several days a week, nevermind the work on top.

I understand that, of course I do. I've suffered anxiety and depression, and it's no fun, especially when you have to try to work on top of that, it's exhausting. It's good that you have friends there, but even so, you and your own health come first, I'm sure even your friends would understand that! You seem to have a sound head though from talking to you, so I'm pretty sure that you know your limits and would know what's best.

Just take care ;)

true, true, are you going to bed at 7pm or something? I'm usually in bed by 10 (am/pm) and wake up at 6 (am/pm) I'd say I'm a bit more awake then you'd be by the time I get to work, but I do really get sick of my alarm

Will do, thank you :)

Normally closer to 9/10pm, going to bed that early would annoy the life out of me, I'm short enough on time as it is...

ah ye I get it. I'm just wild guessing that I asked you to do something then the work thing happened, if you need a favour you can ask :)
just don't make it 20x harder then what I asked! I'll take doing those few images myself as a bit of skill training

So I finically finished my MaL list! Thank the gods that that’s over. On a side note I’ve watched something from every letter of the alphabet, wasn’t quite expecting that!
