Yeah, I need the keys to be marked when I type, I never finished learning to type without looking - I was right in the middle of taking a typing class in 11th Grade when I cut the tip of my right index finger off on the table saw in wood shop, so that messed up the way I have to type now. But I've been typing daily on a keyboard for the last 30+ years for my job in IT, so I'm still pretty fast with just the fingers I use.

I kid you not, when I moved into the CAMHS department to help the secretaries there, the first thing I had to do was ask estates for a new keyboard. Literally every character was worn off, and I couldn't make head nor tale of it! It was so funny!

Thankfully I'm not in Uni at weekends, I'm not leaving my bed unless the dog needs walking!

That sounds quite painful and very infuriating when you first tried to type afterwards. How much of your finger did you lose?
