I have a couple of times. I didn't get hit with customs charges - you'll notice you pay the sales tax/VAT at checkout. I think you may have to pay something though if the value is over £135.

As a side note, very pleased with the service; I only ordered 1 or 2 sets a time and they used a cardboard box with bubblewrap.

Ordered directly a few times this year. Never been hit with customs, although with the last order I got an email from Royal Mail saying there likely would be charges, but arrived without them.

Yeah, I've also made a few orders with them recently and not had any customs charges (very good packaging though).
