The Anime/Manga I Bought Today Was...

With more last chance offers going up in the ATA Christmas sale today I finally grabbed both parts of the March Comes in Like a Lion CE's which I've been wanting for so long.

Unfortunately the Outlaw Star and Nadesico CE's had already sold out but that saves me money at the same time on the bright side.

Was tempted with the Your Lie in April CE's but I think I'd be content with getting the standard's eventually. I almost got the Perfect Blue steelbook as well but I can see it getting a 4K release sooner than later so I'll wait out on it.

This is the first year I haven't bought anything at all from any of the 3 big AL sales during the year. I only purchased 6 Collector's Editions the entire year, all back in March, when they had a bunch of Early Bird offers where their discount windows overlapped just enough where I could pre-order 3 titles together in each order, so the £25 international shipping didn't hurt as much. It's been a very light year for me for UK imports, especially when I normally ordered about 10 CE titles just during the 12 days Holiday sale each year, and 4 or 5 CE titles in each of their spring and summer sales.

Welcome to the Ballroom is another niche series I enjoyed quite a bit as well.

My Urusei Yatsura OVA's backorder from Crunchyroll finally shipped, so I took the opportunity to add a couple more US items to my Stackry pile. Nothing else cheap enough at CR, so I picked up these from Sentia: DAMEPRI ANIME CARAVAN Complete Collection $8.99, Maria Holic (Seasons 1 & 2) $8.99, and K-ON! Ultimate Collection $29.99.

I think that's enough to keep me warm through winter.
