Glad I decided to pop into HMV because I got it for £8 compared to the current price online.

Also finally got DGM S2P2 and noticed the disks say S2P1, is this a known issue with the disks?

I'm debating buying the Haruhi light novels that are out now that I don't currently have (I only own Melancholy and Sigh)...would only total about £22 from The Book Depository. Thoughts?

I was happy it was a TRSI Funimation sale, then sad when I realised that Funimation don't seem to release anything much any more. A Sentai sale will be devastating.

Anyway, I bought some stuff:

Heaven's Lost Property Season 1 DVD/Blu-ray Complete Set LE
Shin Koihime Muso DVD Complete Collection
Yu Yu Hakusho: The Movie + Eizou Hakusho DVD Set

Not the most fabulous haul since I already have the YYH movie on DVD (just want the OAVs) and am fairly sure I will hate GA Rune, but it's getting scarce. And barely anything in that batch was even from the sale. I hope Funimation announce an action packed January listing so I can have another attempt later in the sale period.

I was mildly tempted by Chaos;Head but the overwhelming waves of apathy from the internet following the excitement of the first few episodes convinced me to wait for a cheap rerelease, or not bother.

Having had my evening ruined by Rui pointing out TRSI's Funi sale (I don't want half of this crap I have tabs open for, so I am "deliberating" over what to actually order, and what non-Funi items to grab "while I'm there" as if it's a physical shop I have to travel to), I have so far (pre)ordered a few items from other places:

KnT's very distant release date is holding up some other nice stuff for me. It's a shame it got held back so long, but free blu-rays soften the blow.

I bet this sale ends and then the very next day Funimation finally announces dates for Black Butler 2/Hetalia WT/SenBasa 2...

lol, yes, there is the potential for me to be even more upset if I don't. :p

I just remain inpressed when it's actually more convenient and even cheaper to buy the UK release of a (relatively) new show.

Am I the only one mad that Viz Media are releasing volume 27 of FMA as part of a boxset in November, but the volume itself isn't due out for seperate release until next May?

Yeah, I ordered the headphones too.
And yeah, they better change the release date of volume 27! Sucks twice as much because it's the final volume.
