Bourght my most expencive model to date, £65!
But i got the last one at tokyo toys so i'm megas happy :D !!

Also got the last 5 volumes (9-13) of the Fullmetal Alchemist anime.

Oh and november's issue of Neo magazine.

After nearly 1 month in the post; Gungrave volume 1 + artbox arrived!!!

I'm thinking that this marks the near-completion of mostly all of Geneon's artboxes that have ever been released, and probably from every company there is thinking about it.

It was on order for like 4-5 months now, so I'm extremely lucky it finally shipped : ).

i purchased this last week, another addition to my small growing figure collection (i just hope i don't get out of hand and buy more).
this is the Limited Edition Black costume version, which go for £40+, but i managed to get it for £20!!!

I got Evangelion: Death & Rebirth in the post today. Lots of people complain about it, but the first 10 or so minutes that I watched seemed great - just like the kind of pseudo-synopsis I'd expect from Eva, and there's great music too!

Also got my Afro Samurai set, it's seriously awesome. Can't wait to watch it!

I've been looking around at this set, it does look like one of the most amazinly packaged item I have ever seen in the UK, or the Western world for that matter. The only other item would be the limited version of Steamboy.

Just a quick question. As the product is from Gonzo themselves - are there any trailers for Gonzo titles, or did you notice anything out of the ordinary about the release; i.e. more release dates or little bits of information hinting to GDH have more presence over here?

It's a lovely set, yes - wouldn't go that far with it though. The Beck starter set, the Eva platinum tin, Mushi-shi starter set etc. are all much more impressive. In terms of extras though, Afro Samurai is something special - there's tons of bonus features and they're mostly in English, making them much more enjoyable!

Wow, I hadn't actually realised that Gonzo themselves had released this over here. GDH are Gonzo's publishing company, yes?

Anyway, there are trailers for other Gonzo work on the extras disc. There are trailers for Witchblade, Gantz, Gankutsuou, Burst Angel and Samurai 7. Gankutsuou is the most exciting inclusion there, being as it's not been released over here yet. Would love to see some company bring that over.

Thanks for the information; interesting stuff.

As far as I am aware, GDH (Gonzo Digimation Holdings) are the parent company of Gonzo, Gonzo is just an animation studio. According to GDH's site, GDH own three companies, Gonzo, Digimation, and 2000CC - I'm guessing it's out of date because I know that Gonzo are also known as Gonzo Digimation, but as for 2000CC it's some other media company specialising in mobile phone technology in sort sense.
