I would say it is more likely to be the fault of Toei. They seem to think of the UK as "part of Europe" rather than "part of the English-speaking world". I realised only recently that Madman have actually sub-licensed Dragonball Z from FUNimation, unlike us where Manga had to fight tooth and nail to get it direct from Toei (and this is after AB Groupe sat on the UK rights for ages).NormanicGrav said:Joshawott said:Ouch. Crunchyroll doesn't have Sailor Moon Crystal for the UK.
Has a UK simulcast been announced yet? Please don't tell me it's Animax.
I'm gonna guess it's because of Viz Media USA. Every title they have has been blocked from the UK (excluding Bleach and Naruto Shippuden).
I was going to get back to that now they finally have a way to keep track of where you are, but I guess it is too late.NormanicGrav said:In addition certain chapters of Attack on Titan and Fairy Tail will be going to the vault due to the incoming English localised release.
I struggle to even remember that the non-CR streaming sites exist, so I think an overhaul is probably a good thing.Just Passing Through said:
Just Passing Through said:Daisuki seems to have lost two thirds of its shows for the UK though, just M3 The Dark Metal, Buddy Complex, Monogatari S2 and Sword Art Online Extra Edition left.
Well the site is back up and, TMS and NAS's pages are nowhere to be found along with what they had put up. Various Aniplex shows are no longer streaming such as Magi, Samurai Flamenco, and Day Break Illusion. Also on the release calendar One Piece and Dragon Ball Z are nowhere to be found. Seems Toei Animation isn't going to bother uploading episodes anymore.
They also took down the streams to a few shows on their YouTube page, and soon all of Gundam on July 4.
Regarding YouTube DAISUKI content:
Streaming of Sword Art Online and Madoka Magica will end/has ended. Please watch the videos on DAISUKI.net after that.
Streaming of Gundam series will end on 4 July.
Thank you for your understanding...!

- BTOOOM!
- Campione!
- Gatchaman [Episodes 1-24 only]
- Girls und Panzer (TV Series)
- HENNEKO: The Hentai Prince and the Stony Cat
- Hiiro no Kakera (Season 2)
- Kokoro Connect (TV Series)
- La storia della Arcana Famiglia
- MM!
- NAKAIMO: My Little Sister is Among Them!
- Say "I Love You"
Is that for the whole series in proper HD? Seems decent to me at <£2/ep. Not as competitive if it's just the first 13 eps I guess.Joshawott said:Not sure I like Kokoro Connect costing £33 though.
I find it to be the best way to tell everyone that something has happened in the line up.ilmaestro said:I like this "continually updating thread title" thingy.
When I found them, it was stated to be 720p and 1080p from what I remember.ilmaestro said:Is that for the whole series in proper HD? Seems decent to me at <£2/ep. Not as competitive if it's just the first 13 eps I guess.
I think iTunes have a standard pricing, as everything is £1.89 per SD episode or £2.49 per HD. Only the first 13 episodes are available (excluding the OVAs). Also, it's English dub only and I just listened to the preview....no. I was even willing to give it a chance after Greg Ayres was cast as Taichi, but no. It's awful.ilmaestro said:I like this "continually updating thread title" thingy.

Joshawott said:Just checked. Only HENNEKO is available subtitled and it's labelled as such. Everything else doesn't have any language option and the default preview clip is English, so screams dub-only.
