Rate the last anime you watched out of 10

Fate / Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works Season 1

I think concerns about whether they'll be able to maintain the same crisp pace when the show starts up again are not without credibility, but so far, this has been just about everything you could possibly ask for from an adaptation of UBW, effortlessly sweeping away the shortcomings of previous Fate anime. Despite being a tv production, I think it would shame most theatrical features with its sumptuous visuals and expert handling of the source text.

Now if only someone were mad enough to fund ufotable to give Berserk the same treatment :/

DRAGON BALL Z battle of gods

Ok the bad stuff....well more like plot holes......here we go

1 bills is surprised that someone actually beat freiza........iv seen this movie all the way though and to be honest bills is actually stronger then a SSJ3.....hell he didn't brake a sweat beating goku at SSJ 3 hell he wasted all his energy on goku at super sayin god.....And frieza was beaten by goku at ssj 1 and goku has gotten lot stronger since he beat freiza even in ssj 1 his gotten stronger since then......is bils scared of frieza or something cause it's hard to believe that bold is scared of someone thats so weak as frieza .....well his weak now compared to the other z warriors now.

2 a fish prophesied that bils prior to the series of dragon ball that he would face a SSJ god.....now let's look at trunkes time line for a sec.....There is another bils that has a a fish that prophesied that bils will fight a ssj God but that wouldn't come true because goku died of a heart condition ...speaking of which what happened to buy in trucks time line.

3 pilaf and his gang are kids in this series ...when I heard this from the internet I was thinking *oh come on they screwed up on 3 wishes and now they turned to children.....What the hell how did they screw up 3 wishes* .but when I saw this movie I think they wasn't aware of the other 2 wishes, but there's one thing that is good about this but il get to that later.....so they didn't screw up with the wishes I guess they wasn't aware of the other 2 wishes cause the dragon grants 3 wishes so I don't have a clue how this was messed up or maybe the makers of this series forgot to include that the Dragon grants 3 instead of 1'

4 I also heard shanron was summoned to be asked what is a supersaiyan God......but they wished to know about the ssj god so that was ok.....but the dragon got nervous about bils being there......how can this be? How does shenron know about bils shenron has been in his balls and was only around since kami was around when he became god......i have no idea how shenron knows about bils.

5 why didn't they bringing back future trucks back instead of having a unborn pan as there 5th sayan to give power to goku.......pretty lame that.

6 the movie is mostly filler but at least it was fun to watch.

Now for the good stuff
1 the animation looks great it has made the old series what it would look like if it was updated.

2 bils is fun to watch.

3 pilaf and his gang is adorable as kids...especially mai...she was so cute as a kid....hell even tho they are mostly filler in this...they are fun to watch and trucks and mai getting along was cute together............can you say shotacon......lol

4 the super sayan god looks pretty kool.

I dont know why they didn't turn this back in to a series cause bils saidthere is 12 universe and 12 God's and some of them are stronger then bils.....so I'm expecting more gods in later movies

I really enjoyed this....maybe because I'm a huge dragonball z nut...but this just as good as the series......sure it's not perfect but I really. Enjoyed it.

I suspect this is based off a game cause I think I saw this because in a game on tv once and its formate has that game feel to it.

It's almoat like devil May cry but not as good tho..

Ok this movie is pretty damn good movie.

To start off

The animation looks so realistic and it looks like it's really there it looked so fantastic. 10/10

The characters are unique in a way. 8/10

The story.....is a hit but also makes me want to know more....

It's about a place where androids and and humans live together in the world and a boy gose to this cafe where humans and robots aren't discriminated and are treated as equals the.....I'll let you guys see what I saw...but it's the end of the movie that is the problem...

There is 3 or 4 things that doesn't go any deeper like

What happened to that girl
That group who hates robots
What becomes of that boy and his father

It leaves you wanting more

Beautiful animation
Not much story ...something about people living in space and looking up archives from earth til the earth is restored......it was only 21 min long

Similar to time of eve but I guess it was like it's pilot mini movie but it was ok

This is the most disorienting anime I have ever seen ever.....I'm still having trouble knowing what's up from down looking at my kindle...

The scenario is just brilliant...It's very different to what I usually watch.....

The characters....kinda saw these characters before

Tue one character that wants to see the world and the one character that wants to do the same thing and is suppressed by others.

The story setting pretty decent

I think that this should of been a series because it was too sort and the last bit with the message bugged me alot and there was a few questions that went unanswered.

Decent movie

Yeah it is based of a game, well actually it's basically a retelling of the story from the first game. The game is brilliant.

Ok stop the presses because I have seen one of these best anime movies of all time.

The story is superb
The characters very likable
The animation......even tho it's very cartoonish......it adds charm to the movie.

This movie was based on real events..

Tue Japanese doesn't seem to get angry when it comes to people invading there country or homes.

Mirai Nikki - Rewatch

I originally watched this back in 2012, and it would be fair to say, I was blown away by it - like a lot of viewers. Almost three years on, not so much. While still finding the premise intriguing and ripe for the plunder by a more talented team of writers, I just can't get my head around Mirai Nikki's execution. Its devoid of any real substance, relying on one dimensional characters who never grow and make consistently stupid decisions, defying all logic, and - as noted prior - an interesting premise which lacks consequences, written as if existing in a vacuum, separate to the world it physically takes place in.

Gasai Yuno is a stupid character, written purely to pander.

7/10 - Because despite the show's glaring faults, I do still have a soft spot for it.
 
Rozen maiden season 3

When I watched the other seasons I was like ok this is new ....but with the 3rd season it's still following the manga which is fantastic....

Story - it follows a teenage Jun who did not choose to whined up the key and the t
Younger Jun who did whined up the key is in trouble and he asks his older self to help him.

To be honest I'm a bit of of a fan of the series...

The dolls are adorable
The story is standard
The animation slandered

I enjoyed this series but I wish they made a second season

Could have been done so much better. Story was uninteresting and all over the place and characters were really bland (apart from Tony Stark). only real redeeming qualitys was that the animation was fairly decent, the action scenes were nice and the CGI was handled pretty well. I dunno how you can make a anime about IRON-MAN and make it average!

Really funny show considering its somewhat controversial matter. I wasn't sure what to expect seeing as it was about a girl suffering from social anxiety, but it was handled very well and wasn't offensive at all IMO. the comedy was really funny and well done, the animation was top notch, the music was great (the closing song was fantastic) and Tomoko Kuroki is one of the best anime characters in recent times!

The Devil Is A Part-Timer

The first 6 episodes were great, but afterwards was just pure boredom! The animation was nice and the characters were likeable and all and the concept of the Devil working in a fast food restaurant is rather amusing but they didn't really do anything with it. I dunno why, but i just couldn't get into this series.

Ok why the hell didn't they continue this series..........I haven't had this much fun of watching a anime like this since gurren lagann....but it's by no means like gurren lagann

It's more of a rush then anything.

A girl gets trapped in the demon world, she meets a vampire kid she dies comes back as a ghost and he vows to turn her back as a human being and they have wacky adventures while they trying to do so....but there's also more to the series...much more and it was getting interesting.....And then when it was getting good as it was throughout the series ........it just stops and just when we was just getting in to depths in the story

The fanservies is a tease which I really like and funny too
The animation kinda looks like soul eater but a bit different
The characters...I just love these guys
The stories......pretty decent
The parodies and mentions of other series are a lot of fun

The ova was a waste of time....the very least they could of done was make a fan service OVA.

I really really really liked this series but then the ending happened...but you know what I think of that.

Calling it a masterpiece would be going over the line but I'm going to give it a .......

Giovanni's Island - 9/10

This was just gorgeous. More so than any of Hosoda's films, if someone asked me for something that was 'like Ghibli', I'd probably recommend this. Weirdly, I found the early scenes with the children singing in eachothers' languages more moving than the later scenes (which I found moved a little too slowly at times). But yeah, the opening thirty/forty minutes or so are an absolute masterclass, and the animation style is beautiful too.

Read Or Die - 7/10

The production values felt good, considering how old this 3-OVA series is. Nice music/title sequence too. I couldn't really get into it as much as I wanted, but it felt like it meshed nicely with the action thrillers of its time (Bourne etc.) with a quirky, 'mystical powers' angle. Also, Agent Paper is so forcefully moe it's almost laughable.

Clannad: After Story - 10/10

There are so many things I could say about this show, but suffice to say, it's definitely the most heartbreaking, moving, emotional anime I've ever seen. If you think it can't go there, it does, and then some. In a way, it's almost 'too' sad - just blow after blow, peppered inbetween with moments of sweetness and hope that make the sad bits that bit sadder. Just truly incredible stuff. I loved the two episodes focusing on Kyou's arc at the end two - she's always been my favourite, and while these could have easily been throwaway bits of fun, they're just as emotional as the main series.

Ok I can relate to tomoki and I just want to hug her......she remains me of me .........out casted and friendless

She's otaku with social anxiety and she can't get a brake...she tries so hard to make friends and is so shy.

And we see her getting in trouble with loads of social anxiety problem.......WELCOME TO THE NHK.

I just felt so sorry for her.....sure it's a comedy but again I just can't help but want to help her out abit........It's kinda mean to her if you ask me.

The opening is awesome
The animation is good
The character.......sad to watch but I love her.
The story enjoyable

Not as good as bloodlad but it's good in its own right.

Watamote is an incredible show, and absolutely hilarious - and in a way, it's kind of refreshing but also sad in equal measures that she never actually becomes truly happy in the end. A typical anime would have had the final ep where she had her transformation and became popular and everything.

I suppose the irony though is that as unpopular as she's supposed to be, bags under her eyes aside, she is actually still pretty cute/moe in terms of character design, otherwise we probably wouldn't emphasise with her, as shallow as that might seem.

Let's hope she becomes happy in the manga because I want her to be happy in the end cause at the very least she's trying to change she wants to have friends she's wants a boyfriend she wants to be popular but it really doesn't work out for her .......true she is cute when she has bags under her eyes and the same is said when she doesn't have bags under her eyes...but she does have this psycho look on her sometimes which makes me think ..........poor thing.

She definitely caughtes the anti social anxiety of what some people have .........I'm sure there are a few people here can relate too.

Fingers crossed that she gets a happy ending

I have seen a lot of anime in my life and I have now started a list of anime that.............If you do not like then you have no soul at all

First is

Clannad and after story
Kanon
Air
Wolf children
And bunny drop
Yea I'm sure there is a lot of other anime that are as sweet and nice and beautiful as these anime BUT bear with me....

The story takes place when daikichi finds out his grandpa has died and he finds out that his grandpa had a child and no one wants to take care of her and so he does the noble thing takes her in.......And that's where everything starts to get fun and hard for daikichi but in a good way.

The series unlike other anime............when it comes to wolf children then it doesn't compare because the mother in wolf children has it harder then the nephew does in bunny drop.

The animation was elegant.

The characters was relatable.......rin is just the cutest little girl I ever seen since the anime working.

The story........heart warming

It is so nice to see a anime that is focused on the parents instead of the children

I gave it a 10 /10 on MAL but I think I might of gone over board with that decision .......but its stilll I nice little anime and its rare to see something that revolves around the parents ......well unless you have seen wolf children.

The devil is a part timer

Is actually a fun little series that doesn't finish but you can finish it if you read the manga....

The story has a slayers sounding story in a way......the devil is overthrown in his world and leaves it to regroup and he is in our world to get better......

Ok before I watched this anime I thought I was going to get something cheesy and awkward....which is why I kept pushing it to the back to watch something else in its place and I had a choice of watching

High school DxD season 2.....I hate the main character in this so I thought I'd watch it later.

Devil is a part timer.....I thought it be cheesy and awkward to watch

Garden of sinners.....I hear it's a great series so I thought I'd watch it next to last of attack on titan.

Attack on titan.....last ANIME to watch...save best for last.

Jounuorm or something......I'm thinking this is like black lagoon which wasn't a bad anime but sometimes in black lagoon the charecters was a bit horrible but I guess that's the anime.

Or one piece collection 10,11 and the movies......this will take awhile say 52 episodes and 3 movies so this is dead last.

Yugioh season 1 ........I have been watching bit by bit after watching one anime after the other between animes ...nearly finished it tho.



Anyways...yeah devils part timer when I started watching this anime I was taken by surprise....it didn't have all those stereotypes and things you don't see in anime...
No school but in a work place which is nice for a change and the devil is actually a nice guy too and it was a comfortable little anime to watch....It's not great or fantastic or anything big but ......

It is worth a watch if you want a comedy that the devil has fallen from grace but makes the best out of his situation....

Likeable characters
Story was decent
The animation was nice

Fingers cross for a second season
