honestly surprised Laid-Back Camp hasn't got a blu-ray release yet considering how popular i remember it being, i wonder if this means Sentai could be doing Aho-Girl in the future considering they already did Comic Artist and His Assistant

Aye I remember that and A Place Further being really popular at the time and since they're Crunchyroll co-productions it would make sense for them to at least dub them. Considering Laid-Back Camp Season 2 is coming next season I wonder if Sentai has plans around then.

It can't be that bad can it and since I've not seen it I can't judge it and the bbfc rarely ban titles now.
Can confirm that at least 5% of the whole series would have to be cut due to the younger/smaller looking characters, despite the commentary that goes over the scenes themselves. BBFC do not give a damn if they are of legal age.

AL released Daimidaler, both of Testament of Sister New Devil seasons, and iirc tried to get Valkyrie Drive rated so there's a chance but yeah i think with some of the content in it they probably won't bother and just let people choose to import it if they really want it

I don't know how bad those ones are with it but I assume it's when it crosses territory that can still be described as ecchi, even to the extreme, and when it's not even pretending.
I highly doubt any uncut English friendly region B releases of IR will happen. Haven't seen it, but from what I've read on reddit and MAL then that hobbit loli scene obviously won't fly past BBFC (and definitely not the classification board in Aus).

Leaving IR aside, I can't believe there is a legit hentai market over in America at all. I was scrolling through Rightstuff and saw several hentai titles and all I'm thinking "Who buys this 2020?". How awkward and bothersome it must be to hide them anytime you have someone you know over, lest your friends and families find weird stuff in your shelves. Must be hell trying to explain away what "Mother in Love" is when there is a naked woman on the cover.
