Uh, is stuff like that allowed on these boards?

It's art, man.

 Thats not my sort of thing but I have to admit i'm impressed at your ability to draw and post stuff like that. I would never have the guts. But then i'm not the type who would draw somthing like that anyway. :?

Almost colored too. :p

nice choice of words

Well it depends, something with a couple of painted lines does take the piss

but, just come across it recently, im intrigue in Gilbert & Georges work

I like art which illustrates what the actual image is, not just a bunch of swirls or haggered patterns, only worthy of being a background to a GOOD piece of art.

so i take it you do art as a college/GCSE course

or is it just a hobbie?

Then do you find the work of Gilbert&George to be **** then?

Yeah, I take Art and Graphics in college + I draw whenever I can, so it is my hobbie too.

As for Gilbert & George; can't say I've ever really seen anything done by them before, but a quick look on Google images tells me it's not the kind of thing I'd favour most.

Lichtenstein's comic-style is cool though.

I always consider pop-art to be something I favour of

I only started to relise that I appricated it more, after being quite peeved having to do coursework on Andy Warhol, for a subject I wasn't going to do as a GSCE!

Tipical hey

Sweeat!! :p

just wondering if I could post something from our discussion on art?
just a small little piece that I thought you might be interested in seeing.
