Amazing! But she's a bit small..? Can't see very well. Definitely Kawaii from here - moe is older.

Maybe...advice: Make the nose smaller? And also work on the bunchies.

Isn't moe more you just kinda feel sorry for them/ protective of them? Either way, great work and definitely kawaii. As for advice, not sure what advice I can give heh, the hands maybe a mite too large for a girl of such small stature otherise looks pretty solid to me =)

I'm not convinced that's Photoshop. I'm not saying it absolutely couldn't be done, but it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen painted in PS.
